This video alone has made me learn so much about using photoshop. You made it so simple and easy to understand! I was just curious about the lineless art but I learned basic tricks I was unaware of that will really save me the headache later!
Ohh I really needed one tutorial how to draw without lines! Thos aas really helpful!
its so astonishing to me that each stroke you put down is completely calculated and it looks so perfect!
I didnt study to watch this, we have COVID-19 here so we had to shut down, its worth it tho, test tomorrow is easy
that's the cleanest lasso-ing i've ever seen. awesome work, and this is very helpful! thank you!
How to use choose which colors to shade with? My shading (specially skin) always ends up looking so weird, it looks off
That's highly requested as well! I hope I'll get around to make some skin/head tutorial soon ^^
Most of the times use a darker shade or dark color that looks shaded
Madness Ends i usually make a new layer (clipped to the color layer), use a grey shade and set the layer to multiply! I’ve also seen it been done with black and the layer in soft-light mode!

A tip: when light is warm, the shadows will be cool. So if the light source is yellow, the shadows will be bluish. It makes it pop more.
Ana really I tried it but it comes off as really ashy looking
this is literally the most helpful video I've ever watched. Didn't even occur to me to use the lasso tool in such a way.
This really helped tysm !
Thanks for this tutorial. I didn't know the trick with ctrl+alt +click layer to deselect it. Very useful for future projects! Premium skillshare member for 3years and still happy with it! Thanks for your amazing content and sharing your talent!
The brushes you use, are they free to download? Honestly I feel like all my troubles in digital art stems from the shitty brushes I use lmao
SAME!!!!
Am I the only dude around? :( lmao I have the same problem, I thought we could actually get her amazing brushes but I guess that's a very high privilege lol :'(
I know it's been some time but I found the 2 packs of brushes she talks about.
The first one is Dave Greco brushes here: gumroad.com/davegreco (3$)
And the other one, Kyle's Drawing Box is actually available through Photoshop itself. You have to click on the "get more brushes" in the brush menu. (Free)
Hope that helps!

Honestly, I always wondered how people did lineless art. I sometimes tried it myself, but it never fully looked right for some reason. I think this tutorial will really help me out! Thank you, honestly!
omg its so useful!!! never saw tutorials for lineless art with that explanation and details! thank you very much!
I draw in traditional art without lineart. Few days ago I bought my first graphic tablet so I'm gonna be trying to draw in Photoshop using your tutorial. Thank you! :>
This made me noticed that the problem is not that I don't know how to clean my lineart, is just that I can't draw. 10/10 Thanks!
im in love with your style
your explanation on the tools with add and remove selection is essential and I praise you
I watched this vid a long time ago and today i saw it randomly, when i needed it the most. Was struggling with an artwork for Uni. Thank u so much!
Thank you. I'm having a hard time coloring over my lineart. I love lineart too ❤️
Art videos always motivate me to draw - because when I see beautiful art I want to learn to achieve that hshshs
Only took 10 years to find the info I needed thanks so much!!!
