Unless you're literally deaf, you can't have missed all the laughter. So I guess there's a possibility that it wasn't supposed to be funny, but that people still thought it was funny (including me), but since she is a professional comedian it seems unlikely that it was unintentionally funny. For real though, there is nothing as humorless as someone who's unable to grasp that different things are funny to different people.
