I never realized just how good the deer flank meat could be until I decided to try it on tacos, and man was I missing out! It can be the easiest cut of meat to overlook and throw out, but meat is meat, and when prepared right, it can be delicious! Huge thanks to my cousin Levi for suggesting deer flank steak tacos! Him and his brother and dad have been laying down the deer this year! I'm kinda jealous!
