25:56 with Deano that's waht i do for weston first lap have an old set of goggles with all the foam cut off and carve the mold so its super thin then wear it over the top of the roll off's hands down best thing i ever did started doing it in 2014 done 5 westons since and still people dont know about this trick. You might try having a small bucket of ice water (cold) in the fridge.......after riding, dunk your wrist in it 3-4 times as long as possible as tolerated - gets the inflammation under control - inflammation causes the pain - do it as much as you can - not only numbs your wrist but makes the blood vessels smaller which makes the swelling go down = less pain - towel will let you dry your hand between dunks - planning for it will make it much easier
I would also suggest starting to "grade" your pain levels at their worst - ie - braking on a steep downhill with the front brake - (1-10) - 10 is worst pain in your life......so you can report it to your doc/PT when you need to......important.....I'm done

So glad to hear Mani won the Hard Enduro World Championship.......He is a good guy and deserves it........A bit concerning is when you winced in pain from shaking hands with a fan as well as you mentioning that twirling the chainsaw caused you wrist pain.......Instead of going by your confidence level that you are ready to race again (can be a false sense of confidence due to one's strong desire to want to race again - see beginning of last HE season), I would suggest using for your criteria to race again, go by 100% pain free, 100% muscle strength and 100% healthy.......Day by Day.......How much pain are you having with nose wheelies and braking on steep downhills with the front brake?.......That will tell the story.......Be brutally honest with yourself and doc/PT........Even if you have to miss the pre-season race or the first race of the SE series......If Mani can miss the first race of the HE series and still win the championship this year, then you could do the same thing if needed.......Don't want to waste all this effort you have put in due to lack of patience!!.......Long term career #1..........That's where your earning potential ($) is........Probably why Mani missed the first HE race (at his dad's suggestion).......He was thinking about his long term career!!........I would even look at SE as a trial period to see if you can do HE and go for the 2023 HE Championship........Even if everything goes right, you will still be experiencing more and more wrist pain as the SE series goes on........So the more you can do to minimize this, the better off you will be........100% pain free to start the series.......One HE championship this year would probably make Husky very happy!!......They probably are not expecting a championship from you at all this year.......And remember to keep doing your arm exercises and stretches thru the season......Cardio will be very important this year!!.....Develop the discipline to do what champions need to do and do perform in order to be a champion...........Time for me to back away so you can make your own decisions without my suggestions.......Good luck
