Ugh we spend a lot in groceries too! We barely go out to eat though right now so that does make a little more sense and the variety of snacks for the kids to have over summer break & back to school! Ah yes diapers too! We need prices to come down!! Aldi is great! Bulk is needed for sure though too!
It’s so hard to keep the cost down but we’re trying hard! Yes the snacks over summer I think played into the price. We buy diapers about once every other month since I cloth diaper the younger 2 but working on potty training. It’s been a struggle 😅

I feel you on grocery prices!!! I live in Canada and family of 6....kids 17(G), 13(B), 7(B), 6(B) and never eat out and still spend 1600. It does include food, vitamins, personal stuff, cat food and litter for 2 cats. But still so hard afford to eat good.
Omg it’s so crazy. I mean I get it with 4 growing kids but dang it’s hard! Ours also includes personal items & items for the dogs.
I think you do really well when you consider you mostly eat at home! Definitely keep your date nights, that’s important when you have young kids🙂

I think you do great with what you spend on groceries. Kids cost money to feed. Add in pets, even one bag of dog food and it adds up. I’m just one now and the cats. They eat a lot and cost a bunch. I am financially limited and I like to eat. I cut corners where I can but it adds up. Prices go up so fast! I bake things it saves money.Great video.❤
Girl we spend so much in groceries too. They’re up like 20% from 2020, it’s disgusting! We’re about to get our half a cow thankfully so we will have meat in the freezer again, before we become a family of 4!
