You realize Shio Ramen is one of the most popular ramen ever. It's right behind Shoyu Ramen in terms of popularity.

They look raw. The whites are transparent, not even white opaque.

Everything depends on the freshness of the egg--the more orange the yolk, the fresher the egg overall. In Japan, raw eggs are consumed regularly.

This place had a pretty bad rating on Google, although it's not surprising because pretty much all ramen in NYC and anywhere outside of Japan are extremely overpriced poor-quality crap.

My friend said it's not kinda subtle taste. It's intese and might be a lil too overwhelming and salty for people who dont really like salty and savoury food. And she said it's very good.

Just so we are clear Baklava is Turkish , not Armenian, Greek, Lebanese etc. Just like Ramen is Japanese
