We haven't got an official yes but we may get one soon and we contacted Matt and it feels awesome to potentially buy a home. We went from looking at modular homes to looking at actual houses and we ow a huge thanks to Heavy D and Matt we love y'all and appreciate this opportunity. Proud to say I have 734 been working on it a few years. Had to teach myself though and added my wife and built hers up to 703 she had zero credit 1 year ago😅
How do I reack out to yall?? Would like to share my story, and just show how yall have inspired my wife and i to start our own business, and everything has been falling into place the last few months by just applying the checklist and giving us things to work on when it comes to self worth. It's hard to succeed alone without a partner or family help. Many Americans are forced to live in apartments that are in bad area's where you have to be paranoid about burglary. My friends who worked since they were 16 just barely made it enough to avoid the ghettos, and those with good families left them just enough money to buy a small fixer upper house or mobile home and if you struggle with mental illness you're bound for the streets in this society, When your family dies it's life living in your car or under a bridge. When I hear the world home or mortgage I feel that's beyond my reach and I'm not alone in this. Many millenials feel that the life their parents had is a pipe dream. it's never going to happen unless you know somebody or have a connection to get a well paying job, There is a whole caste of human beings that neglected and forgotten by society. They say pick yourself up from the bootstraps the truth is some can and some can't.
Waiting to hear back and it's scary because if denied we are getting an RV and moving to a park 😂

I'm in northern California and went through a morgage broker call RGS Lending and he did everything for us we literally went in told him what we wanted to spend and he got us into a loan we were comfortable with and all we had to do was sign all the paper when he sent them to us. Him and our realtor did everything and made it so easy
