    I melted a 12 oz bag of semisweet or milk chocolate chips before preparing coconut mixture. Let chocolate cool. Don't use GANACHE for the chocolate on these because it doesn't set up well.
    Then combine 6 oz sweetened condensed milk with 2-1/2 c. coconut (I use unsweetened coconut) ...mix till fully incorporated and put on parchment lined 5 X 7 pan and put in freezer for 1 hour.
    Take out of freezer and put parchment paper and coconut mixer out and put on cutting board...cut into bitesize pieces...dip into COOLED chocolate and place on parchment lined cookie sheet with a drainer and chill till set. DELICIOUSO !!
