6x1K ON THE ROWING MACHINE WITH ERG CHAMPION ADAM NEILL | I NEED YOUR HELP!

An unexpected day today to round off this weeks vlogs!
I had planned on doing another steady state erg today to complete the week of steady state training at a reasonable heart rate but Adam had other ideas! It is always more fun to do a workout with someone else rather than doing it on your own so when Adam suggested this workout I couldn't refuse!
