Incredible track Pete (this is Tris from CopperSound BTW) you sound great as always and thanks so much for doing the video for us!!!
I need to get one of these pedals! Sounds sickk
@@realname7161 Such a great build! We all loved designing it over the last 4 years!
@Hugh Denver Yup, I've been using flixzone} for months myself =)
Definitely one of the coolest LOOKING pedals of all time!
We were at the Third Man gift shop in Nashville a few years ago and Jack just walked into the room and started talking to people. We didn't even know he was there. Very cool dude!
Yeah he works in the back with everyone else.
You need to put out an album called: "Demos" and use these trax exclusively.
This is still a good idea to be honest
After watching this and especially seeing the included book, I was almost scared to click on the link to see the price, but while not cheap, it was less than I was expecting. Really neat sounds. Very tempting.
“Starting at $399” is crazy expensive for basically a dual octave pedal with a loop. This is a novelty pedal you would hardly use unless maybe your in a White Stripes/Jack White tribute band. How much less would it be without the coffee table book? Lol.
Really cool rendition of some of my favorite effects. The octave thing with the stuttering on one ... extremely cool!!! Thanx for putting this on the radar .... cheers!!!
An octave down pedal that doesn't jump all over the place to find which octave of the note it should actually octave?
Genius. (I'm an ehx octave owner)
The demos are now an art form thanks to Pete. Awesome pedal - unbelievable sound and aesthetic - very unique.
I don't think I would really use this pedal, but I think Coppersound is really going to need demos like this one to explain the rationale behind the switches (to be able use the kill feature in a performative way). My first thought was "Looks cool, but seems like a gimmick". But it seems like you could really work it with your foot in a way you couldn't with a standard momentary pedal switch to come up with some awesome rhythmic stuff. Without actually seeing how the pedal works in a demo, though, it's not immediately apparent. Nice one here, great demo tune as usual.
Check out the Third Man official demo- Jack uses it (kill switch) extensively in the video
Great track, you really embraced it capabilities.
Thanks!
Every single intro of yours leaves me wanting more...I could just make a playlist of your intros and listen to them for hours!
:)
I worked with the guys that started Coppersound, they're great people.
This is a wholly unique thing and I'm so proud.
Tell them they are great at pedal design and terrible at business development. Considering how difficult it is for retailers to survive, there is no excuse for lacking the manufacturing capability to meet consumer demand, which is the reason they give for lack of availability. Any company that is fortunate enough to enjoy a high level of demand should be able to deliver enough units. I would've bought one on impulse, but now I never will, unless I come across a cheap second hand one.
This is the 3rd video im watching of this pedal in a row! And I need it! And I need to do a review on it, even though you probably did a better job than i could only dream of, Pete ❤️
Frickin' Pete... How does he make me want pedal that I would never otherwise consider if it weren't for hearing him use it with REAL music? That dude!! Well done again Pete!!
I like, the man, the player, the song, the tone... And the prod video at the beginning. Welldone Pete like usual.
Thanks!
O.K. Mr. Thorn...exactly which planet are you from, you never cease to amaze me. Your creativity with your demos is amazing...thank you.
:) thanks Carl! It’s all about having fun... If I’m having fun it’s easy!
I'll bet Coppersound are grinning from ear to ear with this demo
Let me correct that for ya: With this paid promotion.
@@poulwinther well it's money well spent then
That put a smile on my face from the moment you opened the box. What a great idea. Combined with a looper the possibilities....
Just ordered the yellow special edition thanks to your video. Damn this thing is cool!
That intro has got to be used for a tv show theme. Some sort of "spy"thing!
Some sort of Spider thing
Yup. Some sort of 90s tv series that was canceled and left us with the biggest cliffhanger ever..
Question is, where is mj?
The Tune You Came Up With WOW! Totally showed off the Pedal, I haven’t even seen more yet! You Kill Man*
The manual or I should say "book" that came with the pedal alone lets you know you have something unique and very well built from a company that takes pride in what they do.
That track took me back to the days of playing goldeneye on my n64. Those where the days!
Loving your track and the Triplegraph - subscribed - cheers!
Like a unicorn, you’re that reviewer that honors the companies who’s products you demo rather than the other way around. So well done in production and presentation, they are entertaining just to relax, watch, listen and GAS over.
What an amazing idea for an octave pedal
The Dave Grohl Gibson at the end of the song made my day. Queens of the Stone Age vibes on the "bass line".
Absolutely insane pedal and crazy awesome track Peter! You're the greatest of the greatest man! cheers from Portugal!! :)
Killer track! Love the vibe, the angry drums, the whole deal.
Wow, so cool. The octave down. Could put it on my bass??!!
Holy low booms... Love this tune Pete!
I need this pedal, it's so cool! Probalby more: I wish I could play like you. Love your sound and feel so much.
That is the coolest pedal design I have seen! Killer playing as always Pete
Pretty cool pedal indeed...Satch needs one of these ASAP. Awesome work from Pete - as always!
Just the look of it is already insane ... wonder how it goes on a A/B comparaison with the boss oc-5 ! Great review as usual sir pete 🤩
Good question. Some great functions on new Boss octave pedal
One the best demos I heard from you pete
Always amazes me how well you space out the sounds on your excellent song demos-especially all those cool guitar sounds. Great sound staging how everything fits without stepping on each others' toes. Would love to see how you approach that in a future vid-awesome clip as always
Love the creativity Pete, you come up with some truly great tracks to demo the products.
I LOVE the switches!! I'm in Third Man!!!
Sounding great Pete 👍🤠✌
Great review and demo. Agree 100% with everything you said. Already bought one for my son, and one for ME. Kinda spendy, but worth every penny to me.
Excellent content. Good production. Enjoyed the new camera shots. And of course the music! Peace.
Well, that was fun! Thanks for the ride!
What a fantastic demo song Pete!! That pedal is badass too wow.
Everything made sense as soon as you said "From the mind of Jack White.." haha
Awesome track at the beginning!
Thanks!
HEAVY doesn't begin to describe this ...... Those switches are so cool. Wild!
Damn... It is a badass pedal... But more badass is the way you play using it...
Amazing pedal. But more amazing playing and demo track pete!!
WOW! Awesome work Pete, and a killer pedal. I want one!
Man what a cool intro tune. Never a dull time on Mr.Thorns channel that’s for sure. 👍 👍👍👍👍
PETE, that’s a single. Great great great tune!!! Anxiously awaiting your iTunes release!
I always look forward to your demos!! Best in the Biz!!

Fantastic video. Wish these were available,
Another fantastic video, sir! Thank you!
Damn, probably the most fun and great sounding pedal you've ever reviewed! Thx Pete stellar job as always!
Pete - this song could be a hit...no joke. I'm going to be humming the melodies you expressed here all day!
Amazing pedal and amazing playing needs to be a full song released !!
Great Video and playing Pete!!! That thing is Cool!!!
Reminds me of the 90’s animated Spider-Man intro! Very cool!
Great new camera setup in the intro song!!!!
What a cool design. Dude your musicality and playing are awesome. Thx
Thank you!!!
Such a GREAT demo song..BLEW me away!!! And I am used to great things from Mista Pete. Dayam!
Awesome as per usual, mate. Imagine what would happen if you released all your intro tracks as a Spotify list(s) ... ... yeah ... wow ...
Pete!! That tune is SICK!!! Loved this man!!
Thanks Sean!!
Good grief! That opening riffage!! Legendary!! 😵
You said Jack White and it all made sense. Good shit!
That’s a spooky little riff as we approach Halloween Pete! Love the versatility of the pedal, the down octave is soooo cool, you could replace a bass with that! Super interesting
VERY COOL!! Excellent tune to showcase the pedal! 🤘🤘
Truly innovative and Truly creative application Pete!
Love that intro, feels a lot like Pete
Your Lysis Solid Gold FX review made me come back and watch this one again!! Now it looks like I have a decision to make. Which one do I buy? (Let’s face it, it’ll probably end up being both!) thanks for spending my money for me Pete!!!!! 🤣🤣
the baritones sound amazing!!
Great sounds. I love the track. Fun video Pete. You rock
Great Riffs
Now that’s an interesting and different pedal, the demo tracking and song here with the Jack White vibe is just amazingly good.
Your pedal reviews are just killer! It almost hurts to know there arent actual songs you make in these videos.
That's my favorite pedal demo song of yours ever!
Cool pedal. Digging the views of your studio we haven't seen much of before, too.
I’m not sure if I’m more impressed by the different sounds you make with A vast variety of pedals, or the different hairstyles you’ve had in every video. Hahaha. The pedals obviously
wow that was fantastic Pete thank you!
Woooooow, up for the next 007 James Bond theme 😎.
Thanks for existing Pete.
Im a pro musician...and an avid ham operator who collects keys. These keys are kind of cheap and really easy to obtain on ebay. The J38 key is abundant, still in production and has a solid brass base unlike these SpeedX style practice keys. It was wise of them to put a metal barrel under the end of the lever because the first time someone stomps on this, it would snap like a winter twig. Other than that, I really like the sounds and really, what a cool idea. For the price, they should make it with J38's...or even a WT 8 amp. Solid as a brick in case someone wanted to build one of these themselves.
I guess they had issues with any available keys. So they fabricate them themselves! This is after testing them with Jack really beating them up. It’s quite interesting, the amount of R&D that went into it
Hey Adam, Jordan from CopperSound here! Thanks for the concern. Pete did an incredible job with this demo!
To withstand heavy touring and endless abuse, we actually fabricated our own proprietary Telegraph keys as shown in the book. The arm, base, cradle, button, and locking ferrule are all of our own original designs and have been tested by Jack himself on the road with the Raconteurs. Many early prototypes had the old types of keys you mentioned, but obviously wouldn't be durable enough for your foot. That's where the four years of engineering and designing came in, along with creating the octaves. Thank you for the kind words about the sound! I hope this cleared up any concerns you might have had. Please feel free to message me directly on our instagram or my channel to discuss further. Thanks! :)
Outstanding work.
By far the best product demos by one of today's BEST guitarists....and one of the coolest Kats!
I'm not surprised in the least that Mr. Thorn knows how to use this pedal out the gate. (I watched another demo before this that was fairly clueless). Viva PETE!
Sounds awesome. Really nice playing too
Sounded a bit like ‘Monster Movie’!! Delicious!! More more more!! Turn that into a full 4 minute track please!!!
Are you kidding me ?? THIS IS JUST INSANE !!! 🤘Can we listen to your demos on Spotify ??? 😃
Great demo Pete, and on a completely shallow superficial note, I’m particularly loving the new Suhr headstock, it so much better than the original.
I did not even know they STILL made telegraph keys! Amazing! lol !
CopperSound Made these specifically for this pedal.
@@guitartris8455 thanx..i kinda figured it out a while after.
This pedal is nuts...Hey Pete...Quick question...What type of guitar cables do you use?
Sounds like a great new track for the next James Bond film.
that is a very cool pedal...would be awesome to have a 6 button version..thx for the cool demo...that tune is a hit man, get taylor momsen to sing on it, and pack your bags....again!
wow. Great pedal. Great review as well thanks. The track sounds awesome.
Great intro song! Great pedal too.
Good video Pete always looking for your videos great info stay safe .
I like the momentary switching.
Very steampunk! Wonder what's next from Coppersound?
Cool theme for a new song. Time for a new album :-)
Cool pedal.. great playing.. 90's spiderman cartoon theme vibes, anyone?
KILLER intro!
I like your Happy face when you play this pedal. Great demo!
Thanks!
