Melt 207g Chocolate Chips and 1Tbsp Coconut Oil blend well. Pour 1Tbsp into each of 12 cupcake wrappers. Freeze for 10 min. Top with a spread of 1/2 tsp Peanut Butter then pour another 1 Tbsp over top of PB. Freeze 10 min. Optional: add sweetener to choc if yours are not pre sweetened. Karen, you will loooove these!
