Depends on the type of cops you are talking about, local municipal cops yes they have more power then them, county sheriff it could depend but generally no, and state and federal usually no. Everything is situational. But you are definitely right about game wardens being chill, when you have nothing but nature to hang out with that usually does it.

A game warden has the the same powers as a highway patrolman because they are State Police but they also have the power to enforce hunting and fishing laws which the highway patrol or other law enforcement entities do not. They've showed up and backed us on hostage situations. So the original post is right the Game Wardens cover more laws than any other state law enforcement group.

He was asking about health insurance because in Florida you don't need insurance on your bike if you have health insurance but any damages will be paid by the rider. Well he was getting a huge break because that cop could easily impound him for doing 80 in a 25.....the officer didn't want to get his coworker in trouble because in Florida you are not required to have insurance on a bike....but if you get in a wreck there can be penalties. The other cop should NOT have given him a ticket for insurance. I mean if I was caught doing 80 in a 25....and was being given a warning I would gladly turn it off as a favor for that one time.

I saw a cal-fire pick up truck stop a little Honda civic that was going well over 100mph between Temecula and San Diego. I didn't know they even had lights but my friend who is a cal fire captain said they have full police powers and can stop you, ticket you, even arrest you.
I fucking love when people help push cars. My car broke down when my son was like 4 months old, I was in a middle lane on a normal road and NO ONE helped me until AAA got there. I was scared and mortified. I vowed to never pass a car that needed help, at least check on them. Just this summer I helped push 4 cars. Twice no one else came to help, once I joined 3 others push a truck, last time on the highway and thy were in far right lane, two teenager girls panicking and crying with dad on video call lol in two different cars next to us they acted like we weren't even there and honked at us lol like really??? You've got to LISTEN with your ears, actively listening, which means you are focusing on what they are saying and not thinking of a response until they are done speaking, you also must look at his body language and things he did and did NOT do. He literally was not going to write him a ticket and you can see that by what he didn't do. He only had his driver's license in his hand, didn't ask for registration, and kept asking about him wearing his helmet and health insurance. And never sat down and his computer. That's the biggest clue of all. He was trying to help trubowen out. But he doesn't want it being on the internet for multiple reasons.
There's that, now trubowen if you don't want to get pulled over anymore, might I suggest you stop with the excessive speeding all the time. You aren't doing yourself any favors. They can only warn you so many times, or cut you a break so many times, before you get busted for reckless driving, go to jail, get hurt or worse. Do your loved ones a favor, stop speeding, you should be doing no more than 10 over unless it's a school zone. Just because you can doesn't mean you should!!!!!
We also don't know when a cop is going to decide to randomly murder us and claim we were reaching for something dangerous like a wallet or cell phone. Keep recording the assholes and maybe they will start facing accountability.
You can also just delete that footage. Never stop recording. You don't know what will happen next in a LEO encounter.

And personally I don't care who it is, I don't believe or trust 99.9% of people out there. But fact is based on what we saw he was trying to help and simply doesn't want to face backlash from doing so. If he was out to hurt him, or not help, he'd have tickets him right away and called it good. And at those speeds it could've been pretty bad depending on what criminal speed is in Florida...

Well he was getting a huge break because that cop could easily impound him for doing 80 in a 25.....the officer didn't want to get his coworker in trouble because in Florida you are not required to have insurance on a bike....but if you get in a wreck there can be penalties. The other cop should NOT have given him a ticket for insurance. I mean if I was caught doing 80 in a 25....and was being given a warning I would gladly turn it off as a favor for that one time.

I fucking love when people help push cars. My car broke down when my son was like 4 months old, I was in a middle lane on a normal road and NO ONE helped me until AAA got there. I was scared and mortified. I vowed to never pass a car that needed help, at least check on them. Just this summer I helped push 4 cars. Twice no one else came to help, once I joined 3 others push a truck, last time on the highway and thy were in far right lane, two teenager girls panicking and crying with dad on video call lol in two different cars next to us they acted like we weren't even there and honked at us lol like really??? I'm 5'3" and maybe 115 pounds, if I can help you can help
