Thank you very much for your post. I have the same switch, and it stopped working on a Sunday. Partsbstore in my are are closed on Sunday. Opened it up, and a spring went flying. I cleaned the contacts, watched your video how the springs were placed. Put it back together and it works great.
Can you explain how the black part locks down as I don’t know if I’m missing a metal bit or something as when I push on mine it doesn’t lock in to place as if something is missing thanks again Bob
Hi Bob Thanks for the excellent video but can you show a close up of the black plastic and mine doesn’t lock down like yours and I tried bending the middle contractor pin but no joy Also did your machine click 2 times as mine seemed to throw the lock shut from what I saw whilst out of machine but then unlocks Any help would be greatly appreciated

@@izziabi ok bob hoping a new lock will cure my suue as i get no continuity avross first 2 pins either though i did see switch throw and unthrow
does this crap have manual unlocking mechanism in the case its stucked and wont open electrically?

The machine just came up with DE on the display, so after video I have put lock back on and works fine so can’t show close up.

Is there a way that the switch can be bypassed?
I'm trying to fix mine, but the little black bit doesn't seem to lock that contact down
I had to bend the small metal bit only slightly and it worked fine
