Hello Fam! Thank you for all the love you are showing this video. Here is a new sauce recipe (burger sauce without mayo) that you will love. It is versatile and can be used for just about anything. Love you all. ruclips.net/video/BcckYgWczTk/видео.html
This is exactly how a recipes channel should look like!! Clean, clear, without noisy music, (although it was possible to put quiet background music, but still it is good). The ingredients of the recipe are clearly written on the screen, both during the preparation and at the end of the video. A simply excellent and wonderful video!! ❤😃👍
What, you don’t want to first hear the history of dipping sauces and how they’ve evolved differently in other parts of the world, complete with ad breaks for different unrelated sponsors before seeing the recipe?
commenting years later, this sauce is so good. I made some fries as a midnight snack (yes I am fat, leave me alone) and was bored of the plain ol' ranch. So I made this sauce and it was SO GOOD! I added a bit of Tobasco Siracha Sauce and it was perfect.
Here in southern Oregon, we call fry sauce "goop". It is basically the same, but instead of apple cider vinegar, we use the brine in the pickle jar. My mom now uses siracha seasoning in hers, and it is incredible
Any chance you've been eating at Pete's Drive-in? I don't know if I've heard that anywhere else calls it "goop" but I know that's what it's been as long as I can remember back into the early 80's.
@@michaelhandy9758 I actually really don't like Pete's anymore. It was great when I was a kid, though. In Roseburg, the jersey lilly has the best burgers hands down.... And granny's hut def takes second place
We've been doin this in the Philippines since the 70's when I was a kid, and yes I will argue this goes dang perfect with fries even fried chicken and chips
@@thedinnerbite Oh my goodness!!!! I made a bowl of it and then had to make more because of my son and husband!! 😂 It was definitely a hit and I have that recipe saved! Thank you! 😊
Tony's is salty. And has cayenne in it like all Cajun seasonings. Cayenne is a main ingredient. Makes no sense to add Tony's with all that unneeded amount of salt.
@@adrianwilson5950 take your own advice with comments pal haha. And my comment was advice on making a healthier Cajun spice rather Tony's in which is high is sodium momo.
I made this and I agree it’s great! FYI I would suggest adding onion powder and some fresh ground black power. Also, I HIGHLY suggest dipping your grilled cheese sandwich in this…… omg so good
I live in Utah. Fry sauce was created in Utah and is a staple at restaurants. When Utahns go to other states and ask for fry sauce, we get strange looks. Thanks for the recipe. Can't wait to try your version!
Looks good! I remember making it with whatever I had around for cookouts, I would use Ketchup, Mayo, Pepper, and some pickle brine usually stuff that was already going on to whatever I was grilling.
I made it today for lunch because I wanted fries and I was very surprised, its sweet savory and tangy at the same time and doesnt over power the fries themselves
This is excellent! I find myself liking this way more then Whataburger's spicy ketchup. I use this every time i make french fries,i even use it when i make burgers on the grill; its sooooo good on a burger! So far this is the best fry sauce i have ever found on youtube. Just for a extra kick i used 1 teaspoon of siracha to the fry sauce...it was perfect!
Hard to believe that it is better than WSK, but I do love SK because I even just had some on my onion rings from WB. I tried their new Bacon Bluecheese burger ... pretty damned good. Thanks for letting us know your opinion. Now, I'll make it sooner because of what you said.
Bombbbbb!! My bf hates pickles so if you’re worried you’d be able to taste it don’t worry! He didn’t even know I used some brine. This is our new favorite quick sauce! ❤️
I've always done ketchup and mayo together for my fries. Heinz has a mixture in bottles called Mayochup. Never thought to add spices. Thanks for recipe
Looks delish! The ingredients are perfect. Fry sauce? Man, I am slathering this sauce all over my burger (beef & turkey) Can't wait to try it on my grilled chicken breast on a bun. Thanks So Much!
I worked for Arctic Circle Drive-In when I was a teenager, we were still making the sauce ourselves. The original is simple. It's mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. There's no Worcestershire or vinegar.. A little bit of paprika and a bit of garlic powder. That's it!
Wow! ❤ That looks yummy! Definitely going to try and make this and try it with my next batch of fries!! 🥰 Thank you for sharing this with everyone!!! 😊
Hello, I clicked your video cuz it's interesting. I may have to try the recipe! Im also a full time RUclipsr. In a lot of your top down shots, you're experiencing focus hunting. With that angle, you can set the aperture to f6.5 and then adjust the ISO or brighten your lights to compensate. Then you can set manual focus and press record. You won't have that focus hunting then because everything will be in focus
Absolutely fantastic! I think Arctic Circle or Dairy Queen was the one to take credit for the creation of "Fry Sauce"? It's my absolute favorite condiment. Most the time just a 45%/45%/10% Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard combo will suffice but I guess that's what goes on most burgers as a standard lol... My brother loves the Ranch/Ketchup combo as it has a similar essence... I always add a dash of pickle juice as some other people have mentioned. I spent many years living in Utah and many fast food places and restaurants have Fry Sauce. I went through a few places in California asking for Fry Sauce and they looked at me like I was a mental patient. This recipe looks absolutely fantastic and probably closest to the commercial quality I have as a childhood memory favorite taste. I will absolutely try this.
The ketchup/mayo/mustard combo is the original fry sauce, it's what arctic circle came up with in the 50's and is very simple. My mother worked at arctic circle as a teenager and mixed the fry sauce every day.
Worcestershire sauce is by far the best fish sauce and I love apple cider vinegar. Well, any vinegar other then white vinegar is really good because of the added flavors such as rice vinegar, red wine vinegar, and brandy vinegar.

In the UK we call that sauce Marie Rose or cocktail sauce and usually have this with lettuce and prawns. I do like your recipes.
Yes I Do The Same Thing!! It's That Special Sauce.. For Them Delicious French Fries 🍟.
I made this without the Worcestershire sauce and the apple sider vinegar and it still tasted great!! Love this recipe
Instead of that sauce you can use soy sauce it taste good
