Citizenship declined twice because of her unable to learn English due to mental health issue we applied again with proper from for the waiver for english test so if it declines again can she apply to renew even it's 20 month left to renew

question #4 that question can be define in alot ways tho. what if person was pick up by immigration and taken into custody but then released becaaue the person had a pending case with immigration attorney. in other words when you get pick up that's it mean you automatically been order by judge to be deported or does person who see the judge after getting pick up and then be exclusion to deportation
