Enjoyed video - meatloaf one of our favorites. My son has Covid and so far I have no symptoms. At age 83 with diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, etc I pray I do not contract it. Please keep us in your prayers. As always I look forward to your posts. Thanks.

You know I think meatloaf gets a bad rap. I love it. When I was in grade school a government sponsored reading program came to school once a month and you got to pick a book for free. I got a cook book once and I made the meatloaf out of there. It had a topping of ketchup brown sugar and mustard. It was delicious.
I love those canned peas. They are the best tasting brand I think.

Chris loves meatloaf! I make it more often for him. The kids growing up didn't care too much about it. It's an economical great tasting main course 😋
