When I first heard this album, I was already a big Avatar fan due to Black Waltz. I had an amazing and a terrifying experience across my section of the world, all the way to China. I was alone in an alien land, but, this album, specifically this song, was a refuge for me, a safe place to recuperate in and to survive in. I'm externally thankful to this band.

I love how everyone gets different ideas from this song. To me, it kind of reminds me of me, and how I was obsessive and controlling and it cost me my girlfriend. I was stupid and didn’t realise what I was doing until she left. The song also kind of just reminds me of what I’d like to do to some people. Some people do not deserve to live their lives happily, I guess I’d like to take it away from them, since they have taken so much already from others
