Two thousand views in twenty minutes. Avatar is, BY FAR, the most underrated band I've ever heard in my life. Who else thinks that they could sell out the biggest arenas in the world?
Dokładnie. Chciałabym kiedyś być na koncercie na stadionie. Pokochałam ich kiedy syn pokazał mi ich koncert na Pol' n' rock na którym był. Ja byłam dwa razy ale w klubach. Może jeszcze uda mi się być na Narodowym w Warszawie gdzie Avatar gra gościnnie z Iron Maiden.
I would agree, they are criminally underrated. I saw them live for the first time in Kansas City this year and was blown away. Can't wait to see them again!

Totally agree I went to avatar show few month ago and I never enjoyed a show so much as theirs apart of the songs they give you extra you know they are real etertainers

When I use to live on my own, I would sing this song, eventually moved back home to my family after losing my sanity, one day I lost my keys and stood at home all night, phone died, skipped work, because I was overly paranoid and worried someone would break in my place. I stood up all night into the next day, watching over them. Life's funny

I'm not really into growling. But Johannes has a very unique style that didn't annoy me. I kept on listening. I was not disappointed. Soon followed songs where he didn't growl used clean vocals. It's not only his vocal range but the way he uses it depending on the message he's trying to send with each part. Don't get me wrong here, the entire band does an awesome job combining and breaking genres every single time. You expect to hear something like some song you've heard before? Not with this band. And that's exactly what I expect. But it wouldn't work with any other singer. There's something unique about Johannes' voice I just can't put into words. So yeah, his voice is immortal.
I gotta say, I think I prefer this version over the original. It's hauntingly beautiful. Well done.

Saw this in Argentina🇦🇷and it was one of the best musical experiences in my whole life, I think Avatar should definitively make more songs in this style, it fits johaness voice completely

Wow! I only found this band a few months ago and I am furious at myself for not finding them sooner. They are everything, musically amazing, vocals that leave me speechless, great stage show, and the guys are great people with a sense of humor and they just look like they having so much fun together. Oh yeah, and the vocalist wears make up! Just love a man in make up😁I look forwards to being faithful citizen of Avatar Country for many years to come.

This song hits me hard. It reminds me of traveling for work when my children were young and feeling like i was missing them growing up. Ironically, i built cell towers.
I've been to many metal concerts thanks to my big brother when i was little, and continued well ahead my adulthood to go at concerts. I must admit Avatar is THE best concert i've been to this year in Nimes (FR). This songs is a peaceful masterpiece with piano in a powerful concert. Thanks Avatar being the band you are.

The fact that this song describes an ex-boyfriend of mine with 100% accuracy is uncanny.
I cried the first time I heard Tower, and it's been monumental in helping me move on from the trauma he dealt to me throughout the course of my relationship with him, and I can finally move forward with my life.
This is one of many reasons why I love AvataR - There is a lot of their music that has been monumental in helping me with my complex PTSD.

I've always LOVE that song, I still remember the moment my not-english speaking yet brain understood the "lullaby" and "welcome home" part, and the soft creepiness of it made me want to understand the lyrics more. I've played the song in repeat for severals day, and I always sing to it when I heard it now !! Having a second version to connect and feel... What a wonderful gift ! Thank you avatar !!
