Beautiful! I agree, smart how you took care of the screws! I also think those faux screws on top are a fun way to break up the trim around the Marie pictures! Love the bows and how you curled the ‘ribbon’ ends under! Also loved how the vintage gold on top of the black turned out & all the added flowers! Thank you again!
Oooohhh the wood grain on the base is awesome, great idea covering it lightly so it still shines through. I adore the rest of the box as well, beautiful as always
Hello dear from Indiana, USA! I just found your channel and couldn't get subscribed fast enough!! You explain everything so well and you get stunning results! Thank you!!
You are supremely blessed to have such a talented woodworker on speed dial 😉 Your talent continually shines; everything about this piece is darling! I have two packages of DAS clay and won't open any until I am able to get some of the trim moulds similar to what you use. You are quite the inspiration, Iveta, and I always look forward to your next video. 🤩
TYFS - Iveta of course I think you have created another beautiful baby! I would be absolutely heartbroken if you ever stopped sharing your creations! Please stay safe 😷 🥰
Really clever, even though it's not my style I do like it, you make everything look so easy. Well done sweetie, oh by the way, your beautiful pumpkin has had lots of compliments. 💖💖💖💖💖
I have never decoupaged using regular paper. I've only ever printed on tissue paper b/c I love the way it feels like it becomes part of the wood. Am going to have to try it though after seeing this.
Great, love the colours, pictures, details, how you done the body of the box and covered the screws 😁👍 I probably would have rolled 3 balls of clay and painted them gold hahaha.
It’s beautiful I knew it would be everything you do is fabulous but this is my favourite so far we’ll done a lot of hard work and time and effort but the finish is stunning x
Aww thank you so much! This one was very special! The idea to make something like that had been sitting in my mind for a long time! Just had to wait for the right base! 😄❤️😘🌸
Awesome. I loooove the clever idea of creating half-balls for the junctions of the rope molds and shaping them into screws. It makes the transition neat/beautifully detailed. Saving this on several of my boards in Pinterest. Also I knew about the clear wax/dark wax wiped/clear wax wiped method but never exercised it and now that you reminded on it i totally should. And, finally, you are using not the dead flat version of the varnish? I am almost surprised because you often do.
Hey Lena! Thank you for all your kind words! Oh yes, I have both of those varnishes( purchased last year) and I’ve been using the dead flat one a lot so I’m almost out 🙈 so I’m trying to use up the decorators varnish before I buy more dead flat 😄so no other reason than that I really need to use it up
Hi I love your videos I was just wondering could I use the clay and glue on my homemade candle jars? I use concrete but I’m starting with jesin too? Would love your advice. Thanks love Claire
