I'm in my 4th season with Chelmsford. I've won promotion (by winning the league) 3 times in a row and I'm top of League 1 right now. The trick is to plan ahead, to have players that are going to be better every year, and to cull anyone who doesn't have potential to grow. Preferably only sign young players that you can pay peanuts. Then you just have to constantly upgrade your staff, whenever possible, to make sure you always have the best staff in your division.

I just got a team from 6th league to the Premier League for the first time in my life 2 hours ago. And now I am searching for some help on RUclips because I am super scared of EPL. My whole team wages weekly are only 185k lol, it's lower that 1 decent EPL star player wages.
This is great. May I suggest a successor to this in how to adapt a tactic to a level up? E.g would you be playing a lower line or stick with a high one etc
