Eating healthy is hard! It really isn't cheap despite what people may say. Especially if you're going for low-calorie but high-protein food sources for good macro coverage. And then when you factor in having to constantly buy fresh veggies/fruits, it adds up quickly. Also, for spices big box stores like Sam's/Costco are usually the best way to go! Thanks for sharing your haul and your thought processes for the foods you choose.

I’m so sorry to hear this and I will be praying for your daughter 😢 🙏🏽. I feel like Covid cause anxiety and traumatized us all, so much it’s just sad. But I’ve been trying to work on it and give things to God because certain things are just out of my control. You’re so very welcome and I pray for a turnaround for your daughter.❤️❤️
