Production and info value second to none! These episodes is ending up costing me a lot of money :)
Thanks for the kind words! Great to hear you are enjoying it, let us know when you're ready ;)
This is so dope. I don't think I've ever seen an injector diagnostic and cleaning video before. Super interesting. If you guys every relocate to America, I'll be your first customer 🤣👊
Thanks for the comment! It's been a very beneficial investment to our company.
You just know that job is going to be spot-on
Thank you!
Loving this build. Learning a lot from your videos, very interesting, thanks 👍
Thanks for watching! Awesome to hear you are learning whilst watching
Very interesting looking forward to the next episode
Thanks for the comment! The next episode is dropping on Thursday
Nice job 👌🔥
Thank you
Nice job guys. I'd love to do these superb mods but the overall cost would be far greater than the value of my car. The injectors def worth doing as a cost effective improvement.
Thanks Steve! Only one way to find out!

@@RegalAutosport Yes I know. I am already a regular customer.
Nice vid once again.
Just wondered if there was an upgrade available for the water pump/ thermostat?
since the OEM ones are so poor.
Thanks for watching! The new OEM one is a pretty solid option, we haven't had any issues once changed.
So is the golf r 7.5 fitted with port and direct injection as looks like it has port injection too which is good considering some people say it doesn't have it as its been removed because of emissions rubbish. Thanks for great video.
Yes, this car has both port and direct injection.
I couldn't find information about weight of csf radiators. what is the difference of weight? Is CSF radiator heavier than stock one?
It's not something that we recorded, although if you are installing the radiators for a weight reduction rather than improved cooling then you could buy better products for that
@@RegalAutosport I was just curious when I couldn't see weight information of radiators and I thought maybe you guys checked that 😅
Thank you for your answer.
How much would it cost to get the clutch/flywheel/rear main seal/diff done. Also would you fit an ecs bleeder block and hose at the same time or would you only fit what you supply?
Hey! Thanks for the message, you can contact a Performance Specialist using the information in the description for an estimate
Now that it's been a year, have you had any issues with the csf dual pass radiator vs the main stock single pass radiator?
Vwvortex forums some ppl said the main single pass radiator is better and won't cause a pressure drop as well as other issues it could cause. Read the best improvements come from just upgrading the aux cooler since main radiator doesn't get much airflow anyways especially with upgraded ic
It worth upgrading the main radiator too or should I just upgrade the aux?
We've been installing these for many years and developed the kit on our own car. The comments from 'VW Vortex forums people' sounds like the typical comments for people without real world experience on the specific topic making comments.
The problem with the stock setup is that the car says 90c, and the demand from the ECU is 90c but in actuality it can run around 110c on track and you then begin to run into issues of the engine reducing power, and if unnoticed and continued to drive at high temperatures at high loads, other issues which can result in hoses failing or ultimately engine failure. Therefore, the stock setup does not perform adequately.
When we tested the radiator setup on our car, we found that the actual temperature was within 0.5c of the temperature demand (this car has a electric water pump and thermostat, so varies flow to control the temperature).
1) Triple pass works by keeping the water in the radiator for longer, this means that more heat exchange with the air can happen. There is 0 impact on pressures.
2) The main surface are for cooling is from the main water radiator. If you were to do one upgrade to impact performance the most, it would be that. Upgrading only the side radiators does not yield as big a performance benefit.
Thanks for asking those questions so people do not get led astray by forums :D
Just wondering would a high horsepower golf r for daily duties (forged motor) still need an external cooler ,I’m on the fence with this one as people say you don’t need it it’s only for track duties ,I’m stuck on this one while I have the csf rad and sag cooler!
Without knowing the temps / operating conditions it's hard to say. But generally, the higher the temp of an oil the faster it degrades and once it degrades it looses its qualities you want in an oil.
If you're running north of 130c regularly for 'long' periods of time, we'd always recommend an oil cooler. Ideally you want to be operating between 110-125c when on the stock oil.
@@RegalAutosport thanks 🙏 for reply and at least I can now have some guide to go by !
How’d you guys get the CSF radiator to fit with the aftermarket intercooler? Did you use spacers? In attempting to install mine with the IE intercooler I’m having trouble fitting the bumper back on.
We have fitted in the past with an IE intercooler and it wasn't a problem, have IE revised their design to make their IC thicker?
I was thinking the same thing. I have 088 intercooler and didn't think the upgraded radiator would fit. I was thinking of just doing the heat exchangers.
Any benefit to the APR intercooler over the Wagner or Racingline intercoolers?
We haven't tested them back to back but they both give great results
@@RegalAutosport maybe an idea for a future video?
When yous going down the road of high lift cams ect
These cars have well optimised valvetrain from the factory, which is also variable. So there are very limited performance to be found when changing cams, unless looking for more fuel or optimising a large turbo for a higher RPM range.
As wev😂
Eh?
@@RegalAutosport you don't say "as well", you say "as wev")))) maybe it's because of british pronunciation, dunno, but its funny😂
