Top 10 anime crossovers? But seriously, it will bring over the body mesh, fixtures, suspension and engine settings, engine noise, and engine mesh if I remember right. If you own one but not the other, the other will be 20% off as well.
I think the reason the fuel went out is because of the fire, I'm pretty sure it had fuel left before the fire happened as it seems the fuel is what caught fire in the engine.
Cars have a thermostat that is designed to bring them up to optimum temperature quickly. Even without a damaged radiator, the temperature should rise to around midway pretty quick.
YES!!!!! This is why I love old American boats going around Endurance courses! Thank You FailRace! You have made my day with this spectacular spectacle!
You can do it Pip! Make Rupert proud! (Pip is the yellow Fiat, while Rupert is the Regency.) 13:30 Pip, you're on 🔥! Stop, drop, and roll! God speed, Bngo! 18:50 You gave it your all Bngo. Well done.
I own an Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Regency Brougham very similar to the one in this video. It's a pretty sweet ride. I was initially disappointed when the radiator and rear axle both went on lap one, but was amazed to see it go as far as it did afterwards in spite of the immense amount of damage it suffered early on. Great to see what is essentially an equivalent of my car go as far as it did!
That weird axle thing was probably the best thing to happen to that car, it meant that you had to baby it just *barely* enough so that the radiator never blew.
burnerheinz The panhard bar was definitely snapped if it has one. Pretty sure that is a 4-link rear, so if probably didn't have a panhard bar in the first place
That style of car typically has a rear leafspring suspension with struts in it, my guess is the leaf springs eye snapped on both sides, as did the left strut, and the only thing holding it together was the right strut and trailing arms.
It looks like or kind of like a concept based on an 83 Lincoln Town Car. And Lincoln Town Cars have a rear spring and strut assembly with trailing arms instead of leaf springs and gas struts. That could explain the reason why the axle is only being held on on the right side of the car after thinking about it for you know like a week pardon the lack of proper pronunciation or punctuation I should say because I'm doing this voice to text not just typing because I'm too lazy to type right now.
A little trick to make an open diff work with one wheel in the air is to hold the e brake while accelerating and it'll transfer torque to both wheels. Works in real life too!
We've gotta get a new series with this automation/beam crossover. Being as I can't play the games myself this channel is the reason I'm so excited about it XD
Regency's probably got a Panhard Rod for the rear beam, which snapped. I've seen panhard cars without panhards before, and that is what the rear axle will do if it's not there.
Damn I laughed my ass off with that first run with the regency, you always keep bringing amusing content and that's why I watch all of your videos for more than 2 years I think now. (Well excluding gta 5 videos cause I care the least about gta). As always keep it up, 200k is right there but I hope you get a lot more.
Technically speaking the rear axle is still connected to the powertrain, but the leafsprings liberated themselves from the car therefore the car’s body became disconnected from it and that’s why your car drove weird but still was somehow driving.
Like everyone before me said, on July 13th 2018, the Automation Devs will be releasing the Export feature, which will export your own car creation into BeamNG.drive directly, so no file movement is required. The Export will include all of the body mesh, all of your suspension settings, gear ratio settings, performance data of the suspension and engine and also the engine sound. There will also be damage model on your car, although not as extreme as the original/modded vehicles. Also, BeamNG devs and Automation Devs modeled the entire Automation test track in BeamNG, so I think Alex will be having a LOT of fun, trying to drive till destruction his own creations and hotlapping too :D
Ive been a sub to fail race for about 2 years. This is the only video youtube wants me to see from you. I have clicked on at least 4 times. The first time the video came out. The second time because i forgot i watched it. The third time to see if i put a like on it. And now to put a comment. I dont know how many times ive seen only this video from you on my home page. I would like it if youtube would show me new things.
I was gonna say in this video's comments that you should drive that firehawk when I saw it had come out. XD You were apparently way ahead of me! Such a hilarious car. XD
Why does the video quality keep changing every few seconds? Is it something to do with Alex's rendering software or is RUclips lying when they claim I am at 720p?
Jamie Postel Ah OK. I wasn't sure, I know when I have it set to auto RUclips will lie about the quality (says auto-720p but clearly 240p) but I had it set at 720p manually.
I wonder how a mini bus would cope with the course... (also btw FailRace, nice ending results order, never knew 5.7 was smaller than 5.4...) ((EDIT: I'm fucking dumb, ignore that ^ ))
I have seen the axle issues that the first car experienced, in real life. The rear axle disconnected from the chassis, but not from the drive train somehow. It actually looked pretty similar to how it looked here, tho not to the same degree, since the real life one was being driven a lot more carefully. It was actually still being driven tho. Some people really will drive anything
The Mad Gentleman that’s about accurate. The 1977 Dodge aspen was considered a “compact car”, a car that can comfortably seat 6 grown ass *men* is not a compact car
I think you need a different way to measure distance, because even with the first car near the end it just got incredibly inaccurate. I'm guessing it goes by how far the drive wheels have traveled, and not how far the car itself has.
Did you hear about the Automation - BeamNG crossover? Automation vehicles will be exportable to BeamNG Drive as custom playermade vehicles.
Jack Hudner you serious? That fucking awesome
and the test map too
Top 10 anime crossovers?
But seriously, it will bring over the body mesh, fixtures, suspension and engine settings, engine noise, and engine mesh if I remember right.
If you own one but not the other, the other will be 20% off as well.
Yeah, it was on his twitter
Holy shit, it's actually happening!

The Regency here is demonstrating why so many American cars are on the road still when they should've died years ago.
SPcamert Yep.
True, but they still burn gas like a rotary burns oil,so their reliablity isn't really an excuse for getting 5mpg from a 7 litre 180HP engine
@@mihneacireasa4613 7.2-7.6 on the olds.. And yeeaah.. Emissions on old boats killed power and economy
PureCountryof91 Let’s not forget about the 8.4 cadillac engine
SPcamert lol my truck does that stuff, the broken rear axle, the radiator breaking. That’s daily stuff what do you mean only old cars act like this 😂
The fiat died from fuel loss and overheating at the same time
Impressive
I think the reason the fuel went out is because of the fire, I'm pretty sure it had fuel left before the fire happened as it seems the fuel is what caught fire in the engine.
That's a truly impressive level of axle tramp from the Oldsmobile there, truly impressive indeed...
Ikr

scottthewaterwarrior At least somebody knows what they're talking about.
@@enoztheprotogenshadeyboii7074 uh? It's already in the game you clown
YES!!!!! This is why I love old American boats going around Endurance courses! Thank You FailRace! You have made my day with this spectacular spectacle!
We all cried when we saw "MainEngine broken" on the Regency.
I love how you've said that the regency is going to be tough to beat in spectacularity, only to follow with a one lap fireball Fiat XD
This whole episode was spectacular
9:26 the battery or what looks to be the battery leaves the vehicle, that's why the engine died right away lol
Nice character lol
That was the taillight.
When your rear axle gives up the will to differentiate
You can do it Pip! Make Rupert proud!
(Pip is the yellow Fiat, while Rupert is the Regency.)
13:30 Pip, you're on 🔥! Stop, drop, and roll!
God speed, Bngo!
18:50 You gave it your all Bngo. Well done.
I heard there is a Prius mod out there, if there is it could be fun...
DJ_6290 Not yet, maybe someone will make one with the Automation transfer update.
welshtoast that automation transfer will make so many fun cars, fri saxo 😀
its just that im worried about interiors cause I love interior crashes
Ernie Forehead Interiors won't exist with the Automation cars
ik exactly thats why im worried what if they just do some copy paste interior magic?

That weird axle thing was probably the best thing to happen to that car, it meant that you had to baby it just *barely* enough so that the radiator never blew.
1:53 i think everything but the panhard bar snaped. (Didnt know it could do that)
burnerheinz The panhard bar was definitely snapped if it has one. Pretty sure that is a 4-link rear, so if probably didn't have a panhard bar in the first place
Daniel Bartus concidering the swing the rear axle made I am sure that the panhard bar was intact but everything else snapped

The regency became a sweet lowrider didn't it?
JackThatMonkey Hooded out fr with the shattered windows. Lol all it needed was bullet holes on the side.
Lmao
We've gotta get a new series with this automation/beam crossover. Being as I can't play the games myself this channel is the reason I'm so excited about it XD
The boat car thing with the axel situation was hilarious
Try to find a War Rig (from MadMax Fury Road) and drive that 'til destruction
Being a huge Mad Max fan, I think this is an excellent idea. I'd love to see the War Rig drive this.
Calvin Metzger thx
No Name me too
#mm4life
It's amazing how the diffs and the drivetrain still work with the rear wheels at that kind of angle!
Axle not even connected.
''It's fine, i wouldn't worry about it''
I love how Alex has a Automatic Legnum, yet he still calls every automatic gearbox "terrible"
Regency's probably got a Panhard Rod for the rear beam, which snapped. I've seen panhard cars without panhards before, and that is what the rear axle will do if it's not there.
I haven't laughed that hard watching the Regency in a long time! How is this so entertaining?
Alex should really try playing Brick Rigs, it's like BeamNG Drive for LEGO cars!
I had already tried the regency on this track, and when I saw it at the beginning of the video I knew some peculiar things were going to go on.
Now I want a spitfire in beamng!
God bless body-on-frame construction, I’ve had that form of damage quite a few times driving the regency and caprices
This shit brought "wobble-matic" to a whole new level lol
1:52 *thats a lot of damage*
@Jordan Minor mate you'd be surprised
That race was like watching someone with two broken legs and a concussion run a marathon
You know you are in trouble when the back wheel is trying to sneak its way through the back window xD
Love the Merlin engine powered car, Used to work at Rolls Royce, served my Apprenticeship there.
Damn I laughed my ass off with that first run with the regency, you always keep bringing amusing content and that's why I watch all of your videos for more than 2 years I think now. "Feyat."
Alex: crabbing
Me: infinite drifting
So does this mean Destruction Desert is dead? I really liked that series.
Sadly. I would love any destruction series tbh
That rear axle lived in the backseat the whole time
that drive shaft was made from a tank barrel xD
You really do find a way to make me laugh in most of your videos
The diff mounts and suspension mounts failing is something you dont see everyday
That mile counter is all sorts of all over the place with how it counts.
The glorious Crabmobile! I am also now waiting for the classic Skoda to have a go.
Technically speaking the rear axle is still connected to the powertrain, but the leafsprings liberated themselves from the car therefore the car’s body became disconnected from it and that’s why your car drove weird but still was somehow driving.
I see the Fiat had the FIRE engine installed.
The Merlin engine sounds so good!!!
Fiat: Catches on fire and blows up Me: Fix it again Tony!
That Fiat went up like a lit fart.
Regency gets MVP!
Almost 200k ALEEEEEX
Those things last forever.
I miss our little Uno with its punchy little 999cc fire engine
That is the thing about big American boats. They're tough.
Ibishu Dove survived really bloody long for me considering it's basically a Pigeon with 4 wheels.
13:54 cars in Midnight Club 2 when you slam into a wall at 180 mph with no health left
I love these fail race keep up the good work
Which episode had the car that melted the engine block? And what car was it again?
I think it was in the original driven series. It was one with a supercharged pickup or suv
I would like to see an episode full of busses ;)
With the mods available now, stock game bus, front engined schoolbus, and rear engined schoolbus. Would be interesting
the panhard bar stops the rear diff from dislodging on a car like that
Why the heck the track and the Regency looks completely different??
Wobblematic suspension is the most advanced form of suspension ;D

Ampersand Tilde Hilarious?? I think not!
Mike Russo what, you wouldn't have a big grin on your face while chasing down another car with it?
The Regency was fine. Just lifting a leg to pee.
haha this was awesome the first car had me laughing so hard
Have you done a rally car yet? I think it would survive pretty good
Why does the video quality keep changing every few seconds? Is it something to do with Alex's rendering software or is RUclips lying when they claim I am at 720p?
scottthewaterwarrior the RUclips video compression algorithm doesn't like beam videos
Jamie Postel Ah OK. I wasn't sure, I know when I have it set to auto RUclips will lie about the quality (says auto-720p but clearly 240p) but I had it set at 720p manually.
That moonhawk reminds me of thunderbirds
you would make a really good announcer for racing or drifting
Awesome Videos

Htroxdogface i wonder how the full sized bus would cope
Dear god you're insane... and I love it.
were you even listening at this point of the video? He explained that it didn't actually get as far, the distance counter is just inaccurate.
it was inaccurate due to the many wheel spins and actual spins
What about a b e n d y bus
Fiat got roasted
I have seen the axle issues that the first car experienced, in real life. The rear axle disconnected from the chassis, but not from the drive train somehow.

do a front wheel drive next
"Very large American boat."
Yeah I'm pretty sure that would've been considered a midsize in America in its day.
The Mad Gentleman that’s about accurate. The 1977 Dodge aspen was considered a “compact car”, a car that can comfortably seat 6 grown ass *men* is not a compact car
That Ali-a commentary
When the automation exporter update rolls about you HAVE to make a car to survive this
84 Oldsmobile Regency 88. She gave it her all. *pats the wrecked car* good girl
Long time not seen this type of video by you.
Grandma is getting bingo night , hell or high water
i've been here since the canyon jump days
exploded twice... TWICE😮😮😮
The speedo uses a trans speed ad its value, I like to keep a tiny airspeed at the top to tell true speed
I declare that we call the Uno's suspension and suspension like it Bumptronic. (Like a tipttonic gearbox.)
I think the piece that was hanging outside of the regency was the battery, because it flew off when the game said the engine died.
I think you need a different way to measure distance, because even with the first car near the end it just got incredibly inaccurate. I'm guessing it goes by how far the drive wheels have traveled, and not how far the car itself has.
its like the car from thunderbirds XD
The uno turbo 😍
It’s like driving threw Wisconsin roads
The Regency wouldn't last five minutes here in England.
Kevin F1 havent i saw you before in the comments?
Fransisco Gaming I'm everywhere.
Kevin F1 nice
@RockabillyFox rust, probably
Fire hawk also haze guns
watching this in 2022 and i have to say the fireball sounds amazing
This is amazing, what is this game?
at the point when rear axle moved out of place, Deja Vu should have started playing
DVDwr Nani! Off-axle dorifuto!
Good job,are you an automobile engineer?
What's the mod called that gives the distance measurer thing
