But before that you need to confirm with your bank whether your card has complimentary access entitlement or not . Thank you
Wether or not you can avail lounge facilities on arrival depends on the location of the lounge in that particular airport. Lounges are located inside the security area and you shall require a security clearance in order to access that area. Also to note is the fact that departure lounges ask for boarding passes so you need to be smooth when conversing with the people at the front desk provided you manage to reach there on arrival. There are arrival lounges too in some airports so you well might access them with the same card you use for departures.

Your complimentary visit entitlement is limited only to your own access. Let us say your credit card has an offer which allows you complimentary access. In such case, the person whose boarding pass has same name on the credit card will be given complimentary access. Rest others will have to pay for their individual access. Though you can contact with them for more information
