If I am backing up my outlook 365 on mac, it creates an archive file .olm. Does this backup contain the attachments of all the email? Or does that need to be downloaded/backed up separately to get access in future, when my office email exchange server is disconnected/discontinued?

BASICALLY I HAVE HARD DISK OF ANOTHER COMPUTER SO I HAVE PUT THAT HARD DISK ON ANOTHER CPU AND BOOTED WITH THAT HARD DISK I HAVE COPIED 35GB OUTLOOK BACKUP FILE TO SAME HARD DISK BUT IN ANOTHER PARTITON LIKE I HAVE DATA OF OUTLOOK IN C DRIVE SO I HAVE COPIED IN D DRIVE AFTER I HAVE SWITCH BOOT ON SSD THEN I HAVE SEARCH THAT DATA ON FOLDER THE FOLDER SHOWN EMPTY SO WHERE THE FILES HAVE GONE . IS THAT POSSIBLE THAT I HAVE FORMATTED C DRIVE THEN THE DATA WHICH I HAVE COPIED IN D DRIVE OUTLOOK FILES FOLDER THEY ALSO DELETED ? FOLDER IS THERE BUT FILE IS MISSING

One Question Outlook 2007 ka Data Backup Lene ke baad Outlook 2016 me Data Backup ko Restore kar sakte he kya.. Mujhko MS Office 2007 Delete karke MS Office 2016 install karna he.. Isliye Puch rha hu.. Koi problem to nhi aayegi
Hnji kr skte h. I will suggest k pahle Office 2016 install krke Outlook 2016 me backed up data ko restore kr lijiye and then uninstall Office 2007 for a safe side
