One thing I will say about Kuba which you have to respect is, unlike a lot of these 'fitness influencers' who jump from one fad to the next, Kuba has stayed consistent for years. Not jumping onto what's trendy or trying to appeal to others, he's had the same routine, eating and training more or less the same way, consistently for years. I respect the authenticity.

@@KubaSylvesterCielen but how does your pecs know how the weights being shifted? I’m genuinely curious not arguing btw haha
@@cybex121 if you have something tight around your arm your pecs will be exposed to less tension, they don’t how what’s being lifted your muscle just recognises tension. Using supports that take tension away from that… makes it worse

Kuba, why do you eat only rice & cor since we know that rice has less micronutrient benefits and fibre than potatoes, buckwheat, quinoa etc?
Buckwheat and quinoa digest terribly, I eat potatoes in my m2 as you could see, then I have oats in my last meal mixed with cream of rice plus 400g veg & 500g fruit every single day …. Buckwheat and quinoa in comparison give pretty much no micronutrient values in comparison to veg and fruit -
You can only eat what you can digest so I would not advise eating neither of them.
