Love you bro, watched you since I moved to the states in the very end of ‘99. You guys were my life. I know you get a million of these messages n shit but I saw you having dinner about 8 years ago, when the Arclight Dome Theatre was still there on sunset n vine. I really wanted to come up n just thank you n maybe get a John Hancock but my gf at the time (wife now) said I should bother you. I really regretted walking away because I’ve seen your struggle to get sober and how bad you wanted it for whatever reason. You’re an inspiration to me like you wouldn’t believe. I’m been trying to get sober from sometime now of pretty heavy drugs. I can’t check into a program because I have super bad panic disorder and they’ll take my meds away n I’ll have a seizure, which scares the shit out of me. Long story short, I started really pushing hard about a year ago and decreased my Benzo use down to a third of what it was n I’m just trying to manage my panic attacks, it’s sucks bad cuz I’m not a pussy haha but what can you do. Also I am doin significantly less opioids n street dope. I’m sorry man, when I started writing this here I didn’t even know where it was goin and I don’t want anything weird or excessive from you. I guess I just really wanted to say what I wanted to say when I didn’t get a chance that day. Love you bud n thanks for the good memories, you helped make a sad childhood fun.
