Agreed! I spent a lot of time down there and would always drive through Randolph st. Linden st and Dunlap st. To get to my office. It is always a great little detour.
I live in Northville Twp ( share lots of city services with Northville)..... Usually when a person says Northville it could include the township a lot larger, just like Plymouth the City or Plymouth Twp....treated as one. Mention that Northville the city strides Oakland and Wayne county which is unique.
Be rich is the normal in northville. Which is the funny thing about northville because most of it is in Wayne county so the roads suck big time the taxes our insane . Ps it’s my home town so I have a clue. But it is a cool place if you can get past its Glaring faults.I will say I loved growing up there👍schools are top notch.
Just so you know I tried to get my oldest child to buy his first house in northville He picked Berkley Michigan instead. You can lead a Horse to water but you can’t make them drink. From a resale standpoint not his best move.
@@carltrano1325 The dollar tends to go much farther in Berkley than it does in Northville. As the median home price in Northville is almost double what it is in Berkley. In situations like that, buyers decide, do you get a cheaper rundown house in a better area or a house that hits everything on the needs and wants list in an area that isn’t as desirable. It’s a hard decision that’s for sure, as there are factors of commute and things to keep in mind.
@@LivingInMichigan I agree in most cases. This just happened to be a once in a life time deals in northville.I bought my first home in Berkley before the boom and turned a huge profit. That profit margin has Vastly Shrunk in Berkley. I do like your videos so keep up the great work and have a great day.
