Kind of fun to see an old master craftsman who probably in his youth started with simple hand tools adapting to the modern methods and using things like CNC-machines and laser engravers as well as traditional chisels and knives. That's professionalism, using the best of both traditional and modern means to increase productivity while keeping the quality of hand work where it counts.
To him it would have been keeping up with modern developments rather than adapting to a sea change so to speak. But I know what you mean. The older you get then whole world changes due to new technology. My life as a middle aged man is almost unrecognisable in some ways to when I was a youngun. We have things now that I literally daydreamed about as almost sci fi like, but definitely unobtainable tech. I.e. FPV drones, 3d printing, linked up gaming over interwebs, home digital music production and recording……etc etc.
Korean craftsmanship at its finest. The Koreans excel at whatever their hands find to do. They make it a point to master the craft no matter what that craft is. This man here demonstrates just that.
