I first went to Paris over 60 years ago, there were few tourists then, and no queues, no security, we had Versailles, the Louvre, etc., almost to ourselves! Congratulations for taking us to fascinating places which are busy, but not overwhelmingly so. What a lovely day out, thank you! 🌻
Perhaps stop by Shakespeare & Co as long as you're at Notre Dame. The danger is you could end up spending 2-3 hours there.

Love your series! It's great getting the perspective of someone who lives in Paris and knows about all the hidden gems and wonderful alternatives to the touristy areas.
Just one suggestion: It would be so nice and helpful if you can add captions when you mention (French) names of local places. You are fluent in French, but I assume most of your viewers are not. Thank you!

Par ailleurs, je n’avais jamais entendu cette prononciation de «La Villette » (que tu prononces « La Viyette » ). Pour ma part, j’ai toujours entendu « La Vilette ».
Mais je trouve ta prononciation plus charmante. ;)

Our family is going to Paris in Late September staying in the 11th arrondismont, so we’ll probably follow your itinerary at least until late afternoon 😄 Can hardly wait but we are not sure what to expect for weather in late September.
This itinerary sounds like just what I would love to do in Paris. Since we have never been there, of course I’d like to see the usual sites but I want to go away from the tourist areas to stay and enjoy non-tourist areas of Paris. My sister and I want to go in April or May 2025. Thank you for all of your interesting videos. I learn so much from you.

We loved the Veleb when we were there in 2013. The next time we tried, in 2019, it was terrible!! We couldn't get the bikes to unlock.

I’m hoping my girlfriend will let me be the tour guide if we ever visit Paris as she has been before and isn’t the most keen on returning except that I want to visit there one day!

How’s the fare from CDG to Effiel tower? I have a 23 hour layover and kinda lost how to navigate all this LMAO
