you're right this song always needs to be louder! This is MJ's masterpiece, He found his voice with HIStory, in everything he did before we could hear what a passionate man he was but his sound still sounded like somebody had an eye over what he was doing. And amazing things came out of that, but when I hear HIStory, it's Michael's voice from start to finish, and this song is the best out of this record imo, so raw and bare but powerful like a truck. I will never get tired of neither this video or this song
