Most people really don't care if it's falsetto just as long as it sounds good. I always have to remind myself this on those days where a C5 feels like it might as well be a C7.
Thank u for this. Im a music and voice teacher, but im now Just gettin back into performing and doing gigs and my body has been through alot beating cancer the last 3 yrs and alot has changed for me physically. So sometimes those big powerful performances are really hard on ke, my lungs and breath capacity. So i can attest sometimes we just need that permission to sing just as beautifully with less force. There's nothing wrong with singing in a different placement and taking it easy. Great video.

Rest is a Huge part of giving our best (optimum in the moment) and the power of “giving ourself permission”, to do whatever our body is telling us it needs, is a phrase I use frequently. It’s self compassion and nurturing ❤️
