Info about the game:
From the creators of Sara is Missing, SIMULACRA is a spiritual sequel to the highly acclaimed "found phone" horror game.
You found the lost phone of a woman named Anna. In it, you see a desperate cry for help in the form of a video message. The phone behaves strangely as you dive deeper into it. You talk to her friends and they have no idea where she is. Her texts, emails and photo gallery provides fragments of information. It's up to you to piece it together.
Recover lost files, piece back corrupted data, and retrace her final steps. Find her before it's too late.
SIMULACRA is an immersive narrative thriller using the interface of a mobile phone. Like all phones, you have messages, emails, gallery and all kinds of apps to look through. Would you blame him? Once you exit the post, the jumpscare attacks at different times, and poor old Jack got it right away. Plus her face is fucking melting.
Plus, the game knew his exact name in the beginning when he gave a different name
Really effective jumpscare because it comes right after a legitimately creepy part! It unsettled you right off the bat, then smacks you with the jump. Well done game!
Suprisingly, I dont remember being scared when I watched this part for the first time when Markiplier played it.

What's funny is that I'm usually pretty susceptible to jump scares, but it didn't get me when I played this.

Jack is so adorable..He doesn't even curse. He lets out his fear (in the form of a BLEEHHH), while shielding his face from the terrors of The Simulacra. Side note, that got him g o o d. Unlike most people, he genuinely was scared
