Internet is a very valid point "fast" isn't the same for everyone. Since the year 2000, 1000/500 with a ping of under 10 is standard here, now days 2000/2000 - 8000/8000 is fast for residential (we call it hyperfibre).

Haha. You promised your next video would be a good one and you didn't disappoint. Can you just clarify if all the rooms that are 150 have a bedroom or if some of them are studios?
Also, in future videos when doing these kind of tours would you be able to a tell us the rough square footage of the units if you can get that information? It would be helpful to compare across the different properties.
And I'm sure you know but when you're listening with headphones it still goes in and out of coming through just one earpiece or both at times. No biggie but it would be a slight improvement.
Finally, just want to say thank you so much because this is helping me solidify my plan to move over there 10 months from now. It will actually be feasible for me.
Edit: I'm locked in at a great price here of $1180 a month with small rent controlled increases but I'd be living on less than that over there. Amazing!

As far as sq ft I have yet to see anyone in Cambodia know this including our own apartment.😂 I would say perfect size for single guy or gal or a couple.
