The Chorus part where he sang both high and low is the part where I feel like he embodied the feeling of both emptiness or tired, and wanting to shout all those frustration, guilt, and anger. He didn't just sang and made a music for the people to enjoy. But he also expressed or translate those emotions into a music.
I’m only 15 and I’ve always been told by my mom, who helps me to sing, always tells me to sing higher. She wants me to sing in a baritone/tenor range because she thinks it’s my natural voice. I feel so much more comfortable in my bass voice, and I went to a professional coach and he says bass is my normal voice, so I encourage everyone to use their own voice, don’t just try to make it higher.
Great words! If you cant get higher pitch in your voice, don't force yourself to get high pitch, use your own range of vocals and see what you can achieve!
I think I'm short, my voice is naturally in the second octave, I can manage a D2 at the maximum extension I think, but comfortable up to F2 and I can even reach a D4 by forcing a little, and I even managed a G4
I feel comfortable singing in the middle bass, and going up a little you know, I think I'm either a bass or a baritone, but they say I'm a tenor, but I know I'm not a tenor because my region+
In high school my 16 year old boyfriend had the deepest voice I've ever heard, still to this day and I'm 44 now. It's beautiful when it happens on occasion.
Elk Grove and Burn are equally as powerful as this song. My gf was watching one of those "things you see once in a life time" vids and this song was playing in one of the clips. I was in the other room and did that thing where you freeze for a sec when you hear something amazing for the first time.
The lower range captures a more darker sound than the high range. Through this darker sound, it tends to be more serious or sad. And in the high range, it’s more happy but it can also be sad. It’s when you can hold the emotion that the music gives and merge it with your voice that music reaches it peak.
David kushner and this song of his just fills my body with empowerment and happiness, calmness and a feeling of worth. This song is unlike any thing I've experienced. His tones are so relaxing and intimidating. It makes you feel something amazing through the high and so low tones. I love it!it's a very deep song. ❤
I cannot agree more about owning your voice and your range! Not to say that singers can't expand their range, but it sounds much better when singing at a natural, comfortable level 🙂
I feel like a great song emerges when a lower range and a higher range can sing in harmony. It doesn’t have to be the low range sing “Do.. Doo! Do..” and the high being the melody, or vice versa. It’s when you can easily go from low to high or high to low and make lyrics that go alongside it.
I came to this video to make sure I wasn’t losing it. I was on shorts and saw a auto tune vs no auto tone video with this song in it and all the comments were saying his voice sucked and he needed the auto tune even tho there’s not really it’s just the reverb and layering. I just need a vocal coach’s perspective to make sure I wasn’t trippin 😂
I actually dont know that much about this reaction videos etc.,but wont be better ,if u listen a live one? Just to hear his real voice, but its just my opinion 😄
And from a psychic pov, there are so very view songs out there, that can put us at an higher vibration and touching our souls, its his hole energy, the passion, the voice, his energy...

You also wouldn´t expect that deep voice based on his appearance. love it :)
Exactly what i thought
Same

if you see him and you dont know him you would probably expect a 18 yr old voice
@@cokasoda1439 yes, I would expect that,

I have the same situation
i don't sing but i have quite a deep voice and i love it. deep voices are relaxing yet powerful, depending on how you speak.

His transition between high and low is perfect
The voice-
The MV-
THIS IS LITERALLY AMAZING
The lyrics aswell
It gives me hozier- take me to church vibes
That’s ironic since take me to church is a song criticizing Christianity and this song is about him struggling with sin, but I here it too
Yeah
it was actually produced by the same producer so that might be why
So true tho
It really do tho
I have had this song on repeat all day 😅 there’s something about it that I just really like. It’s powerful and can be about so many things
Bro david kushner is drop dead gorgeous imma die
Fr 😔🤚
I love David Kushner's voice both because I have the same mindset as his songs and it sounds so authentic
Imagine how tragic. A singer from his heart, singing out his last voice one day. Wow. That hit so deep, idk why
Having such a deep voice at 23 years old is crazy
In high school my 16 year old boyfriend had the deepest voice I've ever heard, still to this day and I'm 44 now. It's beautiful when it happens on occasion.

as someone who knew the whole lyrics to this song before it came out by seeing the live videos over and over again, this made me happy :))
im in love with his voice😍😍🥰
I love that you sat down and got right into it instead of just rambling abour random bullshit for 5 minutes first
Incredible! Such a unique vocal tone👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I love his voice and couldn't wait to see what he looked like. So unexpected...just beautiful!

I just watched his video and came straight here. You had the same reaction I did! I was mesmerized.
I am happy that I sang this song together with him :) He can sing very low but also high haha

Music can be so simple, less is way more
His voice 🔥
I'm a natural soprano, and this video just blew my mind. It amazes me how some people can sing in such a complicated vocal range. Cudos to David!

Deadman by David Kushner PHENOMENAL definitely a review please!
I cry every time I hear this song.
He sounds/vibes look a lot like Hozier
The song has the same producer as "take me to church" had so that's why it sounds similar
@@tworkinthanos6990 o okay
it’s ironic bc they both talk about the lord but wayyyy different meanings in the song😭
Also Human by Rag n Bone
He's not, he's David Kushner
I also used to want to sound so high and i regreted it coz i have a deep voice, my voice cracked it was so imbarassing😂
LOL! His initial reaction was how mine was when I first saw Kushner's video.
So deep.voice just love it

I actually dont know that much about this reaction videos etc.,but wont be better ,if u listen a live one? Just to hear his real voice, but its just my opinion 😄
Beautiful 🌬️🤍✨
I think his high and low are overlayed in the chorus- unintentionally maybe its another interpretation of the struggle between darkness and daylight
He's🔥
I would’ve been cooler if the video ended with the sun rising in the forest and him vanishing as the light shines on him
Suggestion- The HU band - Wolf Totem. Blow your mind. Well anything they really.
It’s a wire to wire x dotan x take me to church vibe
Yesss
And from a psychic pov, there are so very view songs out there, that can put us at an higher vibration and touching our souls, its his hole energy, the passion, the voice, his energy...
