There is something extremely therapeutic and relaxing in watching your videos. It's just what I need to wind down after a long day. Thx for doing such a good job. :)
Remember watching this when it was uploaded, it was when I was at the very end of secondary school and was just getting into detailing, very nostalgic. I’ve got a litre of avalanche on order funnily enough
I've recently used that autofinesse Tripple on my van having been bought it for a birthday gift, I must say I liked it!! - It left a deep glossy finish to the white body Panels and smelt nice too. I would def use more of it in the future. I liked that drying towel. Great video as always. Thumbs up from me. :-)
I would definitely like to see someone else using the AMMO products. I've only seen AMMONYC use them and it's kind of hard to be completely honest when they are you own products.
Though this is 2 years old i have used his products i do like them, but not very cost effective if your a regular washer, but i do love the wheel soap its self and the frothe hoses lift
The Auto Finesse range is great for people who want easy to access half decent products. They're sold in Halfords and just work providing great value for money. Yes, there are better products on the market for the specialist however for most people they fit the bill just right. I use tripple and top it with fusso.
My car has just been detailed the other day but your videos inspire me to go on Amazon and spend me whole paycheck on more supplies! Brilliant stuff. Auto Finesse seems class
I have recently auto finessed my molten orange fiesta st and was very very impressed with the range. I used the “glaze” to fill in the swirls present and waxed over it then. Outstanding results. Would highly recommend. Love you videos mate. Keep em coming. From cork, Ireland
I've noticed that detail spray will leave the finish hazy or with "swirl marks" as you stated. What I have found are two conclusions. First, when wiping off detail spray, change your drying rag often. Secondly, a lot of these products take 12-24 hours to "set up". I've found that judging the car's final shine and wipe down, should be done the following day.
Returned from a UK car show last weekend where they had Auto Finesse gear on sale. Couldn't resist and bought some stuff. :-) Just discovered you did a demo on a selection of Auto Finesse products - nice coincidence and excellent video! Thank you sir!
Good work. I use auto autofinesse products on my ST. I use the triple 3 twice a year and every three months I use tough coat. Inbetween those I use glisten after the wash. The only difference is I use Maguire's gold class shampoo as I find it suds up well and the suds dont disappear. I use all their products apart from the shampoo and will always support their products buy buying them.
Yes, there are 'other' car cleaning wizards out there, but for me, you are the most practical and your video production is in the top 0.001% of RUclipsrs, so thanks for your hard work on the car and in the editing suite. One of my thoughts was to buy one of those pop-up gazebos to provide some shade from a hot sun-shiney day. As the pop-ups cost around £60-£100, it seems to be well within a reasonable amount of money for a better place to work (under)...?
Kevin H that would be brilliant if he had two people on the job as when trying to erect one over a car you can't do it single handed but he works alone so wouldn't be possible plus the time it takes to set it up on top when he could save time and wash another car. brilliant if you have a team or doing a whole day doing a premium wash but my guess just isn't practical for him and waste of time and money.
I feel a bit bad for the car. It anit an ordinary Evo and I feel like it hasn't been treated like it should. It shouldn't have oxidized and swirly paint. :( And the budget crap tires show that the previous owner didn't really care about the car.
As always another great video and coverage. Love to see you do a paint correction video, with a DA polisher and different types of waxes/polishes and challenging projects
Yay! The commentary is back! At first, I thought you sounded like a down-on-his-luck 80s kids' TV presenter, but I got to really miss your commentary. Great vid!
Another excellent video from the guru master.Even Chris Evans ginger bonce looks dull in comparison to the red Mitsubishi once the guru gets his mitts on it . 10/10
Great video and, as always, I really enjoy your narration! I did notice you left the snow foam to soak this time, not dwell...but it still did a great job ;) Keep it up Guru!
great video! I did a similar technique today on a 5 series m sport bmw swirls are the biggest issue but using poorboys to enhance the deep black helps remove swirls and improves the paint shine
Great video. In your professional opinion, is it best to use the more commercially available products or to research specialty companies like the one that provided you with the products on this video?
Mr.Guru, as I went through the video, specifically on the part where first polish was applied, the initial circular motions to remove the swirl marks was followed by vertical and horizontal hand movements. My question over this is, does it not add on to the perfectly circularly distributed coat resulting in improper swirl removal?
I'm due to give my car a polish as I haven't done it since I got it, It's got heavy swirl marks and car wash marks (automatic car wash) I don't have the funds for a DA polisher so would be attempting by hand. What would you recommend, compound with a MF pad and finish with a polish/foam pad before waxing? Also what are the best compounds and polishes to use by hand? On a black car
do you think waffle weave towels run the risk of marring or scratching the paint? seems a bit odd that we use such plush towels for polishing and detail spray but we use a low pile towel for drying.
As a mobile detailer would you ever consider a pop-up canopy for those sunny days? I used to put up marquees and some of the pop-up extensions were a 2 minute job to put up and would serve you well I reckon....
First time ever polishing/waxing a car. I used the auto finesse tripple polish with some ez car care nardo was afterwards and ending with ez car care voodoo. Cars looking tip top👌
is the paint transfer on the pad anything to worry about? or was it just on the mirror(s) where the clear coat isn't very good to begin with. thanks, enjoy your videos.
It's single stage paint and so has no clear coat hence why it's susceptible to fading and needs to be kept on top of with waxes, sealants and the like.
I hope someday you would do a cleaning of a car which doesn't have a perfect paint and which is really really dirty but of course big respect for your work!
great video I always use autoglym products for everything from washing to detailing have you used there products and if so found any issue with any of them? cheers
I'm wondering why you don't use a garden blower to remove water from areas like the badges, handles, mirror housings? that way you won't get stray drips when the car moves. Great video, keep them coming.
I´m wondering why you never use clay bar or razor blades on the glass to really get deep in to the dirt. It is still super satisfying watching you put on the snow foam that´s the highlight i think.
man, you do such a great works. How are you doing this outdoor, without shade tho. I am always fighting against drying waters when I wash a car outdoor even with foam cannon. What was the tempture like when you made this video?
if the polish pad turns the colour of the paint, isn't the polish too harsh? cutting through the clear coat to the base paint layer? don't know as i'm no detailer, just curious.
Hey Guru! I dont suppose you know of any snowfoam that also has the fallout remover built in? i think that would be a good product, what do you think? say the foam turns purple-ish in places its reacting with the fallout?
Really enjoy your videos which gives me plenty of tips and techniques so thank you very much 👍 When using snow foam would you recommend giving the car a spray over with water or should i leave it and let the snow foam do the work?
I hand wash my car yesterday and realized that there are small black spots on the lower part of the paint on the car, I think it's asphalt dots? How can I remove them? Having tried all possible degreaser with it does not go away? Can you help me, maybe with some good advice / tips? Btw.. Good videos!!
The Sounds of Nature in the Background it never gets old.

There is something extremely therapeutic and relaxing in watching your videos. It's just what I need to wind down after a long day. Thx for doing such a good job. :)
I agree 100%, I have my GCSE exams all this month (I understand they are not as stressful as an actual job) but I do agree there

This is probably the best looking car there is in my opinion
You watched a man clean someone else's car ;)

There is something just so satisfying about watching you clean cars
Glad you're receiving the publicity and test products that you always should have.
This guy is so relaxing to listen to He's got a very gentle voice it's almost like someone who works as a meditation instructor and teacher
Id love an Evo
Remember watching this when it was uploaded, it was when I was at the very end of secondary school and was just getting into detailing, very nostalgic. I’ve got a litre of avalanche on order funnily enough
You are so right about the sprays, I've noticed the same thing.
Something mesmerizing about watching someone else detail a car.....nice work!
You are the reason I sometimes get up to wash and wax my car at 1am. keep up the great videos!
Great detailed and honest review! Have you reviewed Adams Polishes detailing products? or AMMO detailing products??
I would definitely like to see someone else using the AMMO products. I've only seen AMMONYC use them and it's kind of hard to be completely honest when they are you own products.
+lilturk726 +1
Probably because shipping is expensive. He should sell them on Amazon for more profit.
Though this is 2 years old i have used his products i do like them, but not very cost effective if your a regular washer, but i do love the wheel soap its self and the frothe hoses lift
Definitely better then top gear
The Auto Finesse range is great for people who want easy to access half decent products. They're sold in Halfords and just work providing great value for money.

Mark Robinson is triple worth it?
Couldn't agree more !
a great video to wake up to on this Wednesday morning mate nice one
i get so relaxed when i'm watching your videos
My car has just been detailed the other day but your videos inspire me to go on Amazon and spend me whole paycheck on more supplies! Brilliant stuff. Auto Finesse seems class
Wow what a difference! your videos always make me want to improve how I clean my own car.
Loved the cheeky little dig at top gear.
I have recently auto finessed my molten orange fiesta st and was very very impressed with the range. I used the “glaze” to fill in the swirls present and waxed over it then. Outstanding results. Would highly recommend.
Love you videos mate. Keep em coming. From cork, Ireland
Great vid, not much of a car cleaner myself but think it’s about time I looked after my cars, this vid was most helpful thanks
Finally another video. Definitely worth the wait though
superb videos from an ex professional valet at a main audi dealership and vw car enthusiast
I recon this guy uses a micro fibre to dry him self off after a shower 😂😂
I have a snow foam canon in place of the normal shower head too.
+Car Cleaning Guru 😂😂😂😂
Pressure washer as a buday toilet
I love Autofinese products, tried loads of others but they are by far the best in my opinion. Great results and easy to use.
its been a long time
without you my friend
and i'll tell you all about it
when you upload again
beautiful poem
+Eman7335 thanks

I know there sorta a pain but an easy-up for hot/sunny days goes a long way. Love the new vid brother keep em coming

Oh. That's great to hear. :D
Another great detailing class, greetings from Spain!
Thanks for doing this video, I really wanted somebody to do a good video on washing a whole car using auto finesse products
I laughed a bit when you mentioned "TopGear" haha.
As always another great video and coverage. Love to see you do a paint correction video, with a DA polisher and different types of waxes/polishes and challenging projects
Great video! Always a pleasure watching them!
You have the best entertaining cleaning car videos ever.
Evo VIII has to be my favourite car of all time! So sexy!
Yay! The commentary is back! At first, I thought you sounded like a down-on-his-luck 80s kids' TV presenter, but I got to really miss your commentary. Great vid!
This might be the first sunny video of yours I have watched! 😀
I use a variety Auto Finesse gear on my Mk5 Golf GTI. I've practically sweared by their products ever since :)
Just ordered auto finesse to try on my Black car ! Great to see your vids
It's a joy to watch you work, and I get inspired to wash everything I own afterwards:P
Another excellent video from the guru master.Even Chris Evans ginger bonce looks dull in comparison to the red Mitsubishi once the guru gets his mitts on it . 10/10
Really enjoyed that, and yes much better than the new series of Top Gear! Thanks for sharing.
Great video as always looking forward to your next one. greetings from LA.
you guys must have the best car washing weather over there. not too hot or cold
Best videos on RUclips
Great video and, as always, I really enjoy your narration! I did notice you left the snow foam to soak this time, not dwell...but it still did a great job ;) Keep it up Guru!
Funnily enough it says leave to dwell on the back of the bottle!
MrChops ;;
I think that polish is exactly what my car needs. Thanks for the share... Nice subtle Top Gear remark, by the way. :)
great video! I did a similar technique today on a 5 series m sport bmw swirls are the biggest issue but using poorboys to enhance the deep black helps remove swirls and improves the paint shine
Great video again. Could you please do a video of all the products you use on a daily basis? Also your wash mits and other brushes? Cheers!
sounds like he should be narrating Thomas the tank engine 😂
Great video. In your professional opinion, is it best to use the more commercially available products or to research specialty companies like the one that provided you with the products on this video?
Brilliant mate love watching your videos I use auto glum but thinking of changing to Mcguires what would you suggest 🤔
Great video I use AF products on my car so was good to hear a professional giving them the thumbs up 👍
Have done my audi silver a4 and black skoda octavia vrs. Brilliant products use them regularly
another great vids. question though, does applying wax really have to be multiple pass or as long as you see its covered with wax its good?
Great honest video and a really nice car! How did you find the cleaning performance of avalanche?
you are my hero cleaning cars one can only dream about
Marvelous job mate!! Is the autofinesse polish a compound or more like a sealant?
It would be cool if you could get hold of some the Auto Finesse three stage polishing product to show off the improvements it can make
Mr.Guru, as I went through the video, specifically on the part where first polish was applied, the initial circular motions to remove the swirl marks was followed by vertical and horizontal hand movements. My question over this is, does it not add on to the perfectly circularly distributed coat resulting in improper swirl removal?
Didn't see you clean the brake dust off the wheels - any additional tips / recommendations? Great vids BTW!
I'm due to give my car a polish as I haven't done it since I got it, It's got heavy swirl marks and car wash marks (automatic car wash) I don't have the funds for a DA polisher so would be attempting by hand.

do you think waffle weave towels run the risk of marring or scratching the paint? seems a bit odd that we use such plush towels for polishing and detail spray but we use a low pile towel for drying.
I really like Auto Finesse's Citrus Power apc, works amazingly well.
Car looks amazing. Very talented chap.
As a mobile detailer would you ever consider a pop-up canopy for those sunny days?
I used to put up marquees and some of the pop-up extensions were a 2 minute job to put up and would serve you well I reckon....
Love your work ccg keen enthusiast myself. Enjoy your vids immensely. Hi from Australia!
First time ever polishing/waxing a car. I used the auto finesse tripple polish with some ez car care nardo was afterwards and ending with ez car care voodoo. Cars looking tip top👌
Searched through the comments but couldn't find answer so here is the question, what applicator pad is that?
is the paint transfer on the pad anything to worry about? or was it just on the mirror(s) where the clear coat isn't very good to begin with. thanks, enjoy your videos.
It's single stage paint and so has no clear coat hence why it's susceptible to fading and needs to be kept on top of with waxes, sealants and the like.
Great video yet again ! That snow foam looks good I've had issues in the past getting it to stick like you do!
I hope someday you would do a cleaning of a car which doesn't have a perfect paint and which is really really dirty but of course big respect for your work!
"Hell yes" Your best video yet! Great work sir.
Used auto finesse iron out product, works a real treat! 👍🏼
looks really good and yes it shines like a mirror, good to see the owner is not doing the typical car wash short cut for a 5er LOL
great video I always use autoglym products for everything from washing to detailing have you used there products and if so found any issue with any of them? cheers
When starting out on my own cars years ago I used Autoglym allot. Nothing wrong with them for a weekend warrior imo!
I'm wondering why you don't use a garden blower to remove water from areas like the badges, handles, mirror housings? that way you won't get stray drips when the car moves. Great video, keep them coming.
Too big and cumbersome and the air isn't filtered.
Air compressor with a blower nozzle works amazing
I´m wondering why you never use clay bar or razor blades on the glass to really get deep in to the dirt. It is still super satisfying watching you put on the snow foam that´s the highlight i think.
Ryan rosenberg razor blade can scratch the glass, clay bar windows
@@scottdonaldson7845 a razor blade will not scratch glass
man, you do such a great works.
How are you doing this outdoor, without shade tho.
I am always fighting against drying waters when I wash a car outdoor even with foam cannon.
What was the tempture like when you made this video?
Hot, shit dried, I got on with it!
if the polish pad turns the colour of the paint, isn't the polish too harsh? cutting through the clear coat to the base paint layer? don't know as i'm no detailer, just curious.
its been a while... thank you for the new video!!
XD nothing like the old top gear episodes. Will surely miss them too. In America there is a top gear series that is no way near the English
Late night upload yessss
Hey Guru! I dont suppose you know of any snowfoam that also has the fallout remover built in? i think that would be a good product, what do you think? say the foam turns purple-ish in places its reacting with the fallout?
Really enjoy your videos which gives me plenty of tips and techniques so thank you very much 👍
When using snow foam would you recommend giving the car a spray over with water or should i leave it and let the snow foam do the work?
Apply the foam to the car dry, let it sit for however long, then give it a really thorough rinse off before contact washing.
Car Cleaning Guru excellent and thank you for the information.
Keep up the good work 👍
Epic lolz at the Top Gear remark, as well as the towel having "top spec sucking skills," just like my second wife had!
Do you/have you used any of Juicy Details products? They are my brand of choice and would be interested to hear any opinions.
Cheers
Greg
You are an outstanding presenter. Well done indeed.
Most soothing voice ever
This is a very satisfying video to watch holy hell!
Tar spots for which you need a tar/adhesive remover.
I usually use a clay bar and remove tar spots. Takes a few seconds but they usually come out without causing any damage to the paint.
i always use auto finess avalanche, brilliant product
