When you see the R34 in the reflection of a Focus RS, and a Nurburgring sticker on the back, you know you've found someone with good taste indeed.
Another really long boring one for you all to get hypnotised, ASMR’d and fall asleep to ;)
As a Focus owner and enthusiast myself, this is therapeutic to watch. Great work as always!
So, the guy who owns the R34 GTR also owns a Focus RS? Guy has good taste in cars :)
They aren't his cars lol
Pretty sure he does own both.
+Pedro Gomes There could also be another I may have to revisit ;)
Car Cleaning Guru Can't wait ;)
the rs got 330 bhp the skyline standed at the min lucky man called Carl owns them
I was honestly gonna wash my car today but I'm sat here watching these videos lmaooooo. Me and my bucket of water and genuine bullshit car shampoo are forfeiting.
Too damn satisfying.. You are The best
+FreakyDetailz He is!
+Christoffer Didriksen true
Indeed 😊😊😊👌💪. perfection!!!
How can watching someone cleaning a car be so satisfying?
I must love seeing true proffesionals doing what they do best...
You can clean my car any day! Be proud!
I've always wanted this model focus. I like those hatchbacks
Thanks for the great vid Mr. Guru! I wait all day until I'm in bed to watch these vids! Keep them coming!
+Ruben4 Will do!
Massive soft spot for mk1 focus rs's but couldn't use it as a daily driver. Awesome video you give me inspiration to step up my car cleaning game.
I bought the detailing kit from their website months ago and I am quite pleased with the products. I do agree that it was a pain using the polish with a microfiber application pad etc. I think that polish is more suited for a polishing machine instead by doing it by hand.
As a newbie to your channel I must say Im impressed with all that I have watched so far. Excellent camera work, editing etc all very time consuming in itself, not to mention the detail you go to when working on your customers cars. I doff my cap to you Sir. I would also let you wash my van, and I don't say that lightly, I can tell your damn good at your job and I like it. Brilliant!!! :-)
+Bevoin1970 Thanks, plenty more to come hopefully!
Nice car. Good video. One thing i do though, is after washing and drying car, i open up all doors and dry the door jams and inside bottom of doors etc...
Sometimes i may even take the car for a spin round the block to get the water from all its hiding places such as handles mirrors. i understand you cant do that on customers cars however. but yeah, great work. nice attention to detail.👍
Give me some credit ;)
OR...use a high CFM blower before you apply the finish!
great job, the paint still looks great which is a testament to the owner / owners
Hello,
Thank you very much for all the work you put in your video's. It's always very nice to watch the video's and the work is always very well done.
Greats
Detailing Fab Belgium ...;-)
Love these videos! Btw, could you make a video showing how to wash a car in preparation for a wrap? Thank you and keep up the good content.
love your sense of humour liking your vlogs
These videos are pure therapy!
Just sitting eating lunch watching a product review of something I wouldn't buy because the voice is so soothing and the cleaning is so calming :) I'm weird lol
Friendly tip: when spraying the window cleaner, avoid directly spraying onto the glass seeing as the overspray can get on the paint and ruin the finish you've worked hard to achieve. Instead, spray directly onto the towel first then proceed to wipe down the window. This guarantees no overspray contaminating the paint. :)
BEST. VIDEO. EVER.
Thankyou so so so much!!
How do you manage to dry the water from the doors and the trunk without having water leaking afterwards. This drives me nuts. Superb quality video again.
another good video, nice to see some products getting a test too, always good to hear reviews of different ones.
I've ordered from RDC a couple times. Only used the Xipp waterless wash/wax since I'm at college with no access to running water. I think it works very well and have been very impressed by it. I've also tried the interior cleaner, and while I haven't seen how well it can clean, it does well to protect my already clean-ish interior. I might have to try out some more of their products after seeing your video. Good work as always.
You car-cleansing fool, you! Just the pre-foam ALONE makes the car look better already! I LOVE your videos!
I love cleaning my fords i have a st line impact blue focas and sport custom and love cleaning them sad i know but there's nothing better than a clean motor😁😂 great channel btw👍
Jason Windebank , I wish I had the patience to clean my car to this level of excellence or even near it .
Top Job as always Mate, my favourite mark of Focus I too would be pleased with the finished result of this detail.
Great video, have watched most of these keep them coming. Quick question have a one month old BMW M235i and have been just washing with Turtle triple wax shampoo, when should I wax or detail it water still beads well..
+Karl Fontana I'd get it done as soon as possible and then a regular maintenance wash will keep it topped up. The beading is probably just occurring simply because the paintwork is new but doesn't necessarily mean it's protected.
+Car Cleaning Guru Great many thanks my job for the weekend then ;-)
Another great vid! Thanks.
Just wanted to ask whether you use the clients water and electricity?
Love these cars, fellow scouser brilliant work
Your videos are like therapy, keep up the great job!
If you want a good wash mitt I can highly recommend the ones they sell in Costco. Mine last for years and always wash the car very well, they're fantastic!
This is the only Ford I would ever willingly own. Great car. Great video 👍🏽
How much is that detail please?
£36.91
Are you soft or hard water up there mate? Was just giving my car a quick/simple clean and the streaks fr9m the water was horrific. Ended up going over the whole thing again in a chamois cloth..
Thanks for that. I was just concerned that the water company will say its business use and sting the whole house for business rates. I will do that to start with and see how I get on. Thanks for the advice and great videos, very very informative.
ive always used the dreadlock mitts and I find they are the best mitts to use overall, can be very cost effective when bought I bulk from places likes costco
I've watched a load of your car cleaning videos over the past few days, they're really good, very educational and entertaining to watch, but one thing I never see you do is open the cars' doors to clean the sills, pillars and back side of the doors. I assume you do this off-camera?
Yeah, either the tripod gets in the way or I do - very awkward to film properly by yourself. I will do a specific video on it at some point though.
Car Cleaning Guru Nice one mate, it's obvious you're not the kind of guy who does half a job, i figured it had to be something to do with the camera. Are you still in Liverpool? I'm only up the coast from you in Blackpool. I'll pop down one time and watch you do a full detail :-D
Exactly, this should be great!
Very detailed work all in all, amazing.
Love your videos man, you're doing everything right!!!!! Your channel will be huge in no time
Cookie monsters testicles..lmao..classic..great job as always bro..love watching your videos..
Great vids, only just started watching so sorry if this has been asked before, what do you do with wash mits after a wash and also same goes for drying towels :)
How can it 'smell pink'? :)
+Anze G It just does!
+Car Cleaning Guru i imagine a meguiar's candy smell...right?
+Car Cleaning Guru Hey Car Cleaning, How can I purchase the BD detailing kit or autobrite kit in US?
+Qiqi G And does it require to spray wax or use paste wax after drying the car with gloss detailer?
+Qiqi G And does it require to spray wax or use paste wax after drying the car with gloss detailer?
That paint is crying out for orange peel removal, maybe you could persuade the owner?
Al8minium what's orange peel removal ? Be kind, new to this detail stuff.
Wet-sanding and polishing the car to remove the rough factory paint finish. Modern car paints often leave a rippled finish like the skin of an orange. It's easy to remove if you know what you're doing.
Mr. Guru, can you give me a link or direction to buy one of those long green brushes you are using on the wheel at around 5:11 ? That looks like an extremely useful brush to get into crevices and areas that the more traditional brushes cannot reach, especially on the wheels as you have demonstrated here. Thanks for any information you may be able to provide.
Muy buen trabajo, saludos desde la ciudad de México!!!
brilliant calming video mate
again a awsome well edited video! keep them coming its piece of art everytime you finish a car, you can realy see that you love your job and the cars you work with #respect ;)
I'm surprised to see you seem to wash the entire car before rinsing off. I've seen this in several of your videos. I rinse off at least 2-3 times while doing the hand wash part for fear of the soap drying and staining the paint, even in the shade. On another note I really enjoy your videos, not only for the things I learn (I'm strictly a two-car amateur driveway detailer), but I also find your videos soothing to listen to and relaxing.
If you're not using filtered water it's actually better to let the soap dry rather than the straight water. Provided it a quality product it shouldn't stain and will simply be reactivated and removed during the final rinse. That being said, there's nothing wrong with rinsing individual panels provided you keep them wet throughout the wash.
Gran trabajo, tanto el del detailing como en la creacción del vídeo. Espectacular.
Am I ask a question please? I am starting a mobile valeting business in Oxfordshire. Where do you get your water from? I have read many conflicting reports re this and not really found an answer. If I fill my van water tank form home will I fall foul of business rates from the water company or would I be better looking at hiring a standpipe. All help gratefully received.
I just use the customers outside tap now as I'm usually there all day so it's not an issue but back when I was mobile valeting at the side of the road etc I filled my tank up at home.
best ford focus rs ever!!
Toni garcia romero , it is a good looking car and in great condition too .
Good to see some other products used but I would like to see a summary of the best you've come across so far for each area if the car. Cheers anyway CCG
The Cookie Monster Testicle :' D
SIMPLY CRACKED ME UP!!!
what camera do you use to film the videos? Its a brilliant camera by the way!
+Billy Bronx Canon HF G30.
Makes me feel better about my 05 Focus, even if mine's not an RS lol
collie 845 is my all time favourite product, so feelin the love for the liquid wax Mr CCG, rest of the bundle seemed a little underwhelming though despite the selfless contributions of the referenced biscuit munching beast.
Random R34 hiding in the garage :) Nice video i enjoyed that and the Rs looked great afterwards
so lucky you arent in the baking sun in florida so hard to wash my car at my home as i have literally no shade and if i wait till it cools mosquitos and bugs eat me alive
Cracking car and job mate! 👌
I wish you'd take a breath sometimes while you talk. I feel like I'm suffocating lol
maybe you should hold your breath indefinitely and see how that works out for you?
Humanity First Pardon?
@Humanity First , I presume that you are in a bad mood cos you are hen pecked at home and trolling is your only joy in life .
nice job!! but how do you know what the cookie monsters testicle looks like?? haha!
Edumacated guess!
Great videos! Can you please tell me where I can get a super plush microfibre drying towel, the blue 1 you use and a plush double density microfibre, again the blue 1 that you use! Thanks!
+conner wood I get them from cleanyourcar.co.uk
+Car Cleaning Guru thanks for the reply! Also could you please recommend a cleaning product that I would tip into a bucket mixed with water after I have snow foamed the car, there's too many to choose from! Thanks!
What do you recommend for cleaning the inside of a front windscreen. It seems no matter what spray or cloth I used there always streaks or haze left behind.
+Craig One of the hardest parts of a car to properly clean. Any decent glass cleaner and a lint free microfibre towel should do the trick, you just have to persevere! If you're still having trouble though you may want to try a glass polish instead.
+Car Cleaning Guru Thanks! I'll try a different type of cloth. I've always used "glass cleaning cloths" and they do the job but never the inside of the front windscreen.
Are you from the Wirral ?
I love the way you say noodle at 5:51
Cookie Monsters Testicles hahahaha
+Alan McCluskey Haha and how normally he talks when saying it
great video
I really enjoyed this, Mr Car Cleaning Guru, Sir. I know I commented on the Nissan Fairlady video, saying how I'd like to see really dirty cars made to gleam. How about a close up of the water from the wash buckets being poured away in each video. I bet there's a surprising and satisfying amount of dirt to behold. I could then rewind and watch it over and over again in voyeuristic heaven!! :)
+Martyn Mellow Good idea!
Hi, what is the detailing spray you use?
Hi guru! What do you recommend to clean bird droppings?
+Marco Valgimigli A pressure washer!
Great video!
hi, i hope you read this. can you please do a video on how to clean Alcanrata? My Maserati has extensive amounts of alcantara on the seats, doors, headliners, and steering wheel. i find the door handles and steering wheel collect dust from frequent use and the oils from my hands accelerate the soiling. im never sure how to clean it properly. i see some people saying use only water, others saying use small amount of soap and damp cloth. i would appreciate if you did a video on how to properly clean alcantara. thanks
+shifttradition Alcantara cleaning is on the list. Just need the right test subject!
Never seen one of these in the state i live in (USA) beautiful asf I'm in love lol.
Pj Perdue the car? In Texas there are quite a few but they did have fire issues and other issues so alot of people have up. My friend had one catch fire 2 times but he's flat broke so he just keeps it, but if you look online for some reason alot of Ford's are known to light up,I even even the new rs go on the track and they lit up more than once. My mom's t bird caught fire in the driveway. My dad's friends ford ranger caught fire etc etc,on the internet if you look they're always having fires so maybe that's why you don't see too many
This was never sold in the US. The closest thing you had was the 170bhp non-turbo SVT. Equivalent to the European ST170.
Any tricks on how to remove imbedded bug from radiator / intercooler grills ?
+Luc Malenfant (LucM70) toothbrush. :)
It's narrow enough to get in behind the grille to the radiator and if you get a flexible one like aquafresh it can be worked around cheeky corners.
Do you ever use a DS? I feel like I only see you hand polish
Superb work mate.
love your videos. keep up the good work!
Do you think you'll be using cookie monsters testicles for washing other cars in the future, or will you go back to the wool wash mits? Thanks for putting together another informative and entertaining video 😃
+skeeterk1 Who knows!
how strong of a pressure washer do you recommend when washing cars? i just got one that has a 1600psi output.
Not the car guru but I think that's a good psi he made a different video where he talked about pressure washer myths. Just keep the lance moving and use a wider tip.

Just subbed.. Amazing videos well put together!
That GTR reflection @ 20:24 : )
How long does it usually take to do an average car with those methods?
Bloody ages!
I love your videos keep up the good work
great review and honest
please can you tell me where i can buy a decent foam pad thing for tyres and somthing for waxing to , i have noticed i always end up with a cake finish wax i use hd wax and that pad is anoyying and autogym say to keep the pad moist which makes it harder to use i think i need a new wax
What product would you recommend to remove non paint scratches, only surface scracthes that are hard to remove even after a wash?
+Dre2383 Do you mean scuffs? Like paint transfer from something else.
+Car Cleaning Guru yes, correct.
Meguiars Scratch X might be worth a shot.
very good video i love cleaning cars too
Great job, I like so much this videos and i dont know why jajaja
Good job - and a lovely car
Love the long vids!
I love this car.
Incredible video guru, would love it if u could wash my car (being serious) how much do u charge
I’d have to bump the price up for Neymar’s car.
love watching your content 👍👍👍
Do you recommend Clay Bar?
+Jarl Ballin' Only if you're planning to polish.
+Car Cleaning Guru even just for a super clean car its a very good idea clay bar your car from time to time.
From time to time yes but I never make a habit of claying and skipping straight to waxing without first polishing.
+Car Cleaning Guru but everytime you polish your car, you reduce the amount of clear coat on it, so i guess its not a good idea do it really often. However you can clay bar your car, as much as you want. Correct me if im wrong cheers
polished our s60 other day with wilcos finest polish looks good lol
Nice vid guru
Minty dirty bits and cookie monster testicles!
On a serious note, I noticed the tires looked a little soiled, what is your preferred method for cleansing sidewalls of tires?
Thanks for another entertaining and informative video!
+95lightning01 Usually just some diluted APC when cleaning the wheels. Strong wheel cleaners work well too.
Lol, cookie monsters testicles lol. 😂
Love it washing a car with the cookie monsters testicle, next video should be washing big bird with the the cookie monster testical. Love the videos you have inspired me to take the leap and start my own business. Thanks
How do your clean your EZ brush after using it on very dirty wheels?
