I went on this same route from YYZ to LGA but the plane in use was a Embraer 175, I guess its because of how many people are booked on that flight or?

AC's cabin and IFE are the same as they were back in 2012, when I last flew with them. Due for a change soon, hopefully. Though, given the MAX is replacing the majority, if not all of the A320s, I wouldn't be surprised if they remain with the same configuration and tech until they're retired.
Air Canada Is Not Retiring Their A320s, they Still have them in their fleet. If their replacing them, they should move some to Air Transat and the rest to Air Canada Rouge

At least they serve actual pretzels....one time I was flying on WestJet and when they gave out snacks they asked me if I wanted "pretzels or cookies" I said pretzels only to find out they meant like chex mix or something like that

Cool video! What an outdated A320. I suggest a trip report on the following:

Bahamasair
British Airways (specifically 747-400 and Airbus A318)
Norwegian Air (specifically 737 MAX 8 from SWF)
Amtrak (either Acela, Northeast Regional or Empire Service trains. If you are ever in CA, I recommend the Pacific Surfliner and/or Coast Starlight as those 2 trains run along the Pacific)
