Yeah, they were farrrr more expensive than 400. Per kitten but we purchased our cats about seven years ago. They are HIGHLY intelligent- so much more than we ever thought could be possible. You can train them to do amazing things and they’re so smart you have to really watch them as far as getting into things like opening doors and going into rooms that they’re not supposed to etc. they will also work together to make things happen like our fitz can’t reach the door knob but he’ll go get Scottie to open the door for him then they share the snacks fitz will bring out! They are also amazingly like dogs. They DO want to be by your side every second. SUPER INCREDIBLY LOYAL!
@@increditoaster that’s really inexpensive for Highlanders- and maybe it was that ours had papers, or that it was the time period we bought them which was 7 years ago when they were newer- not sure, but we paid much more- and used an accredited breeder.
@@silvergirl7810 Different highlanders have up to 3 mutations. I was adopted by a Highlander. She joined us 3 years ago. She looks just like a lynx. She has the tuft ears, spotted grey, Big back legs, short twitchy tails. She hugs with her tail and wags it. When she hunts, it twitches like an alert system. She eats rabbits that are still young.
I have a munchkin Mohave Lynx and he is one of the best kitties I’ve ever owned! We’re getting a Snow bengal highlander to keep him company as he is a rambunctious little guy. Awesome and friendly demeanor, great with kids, and good all around family kitty.
My Highlander is amazing. I've had probably a dozen different cats and the Highlander is pretty amazing in all ways. Very social but can catch and eat a rabbit.
My Highlander has been a great addition to our family. looks just like a lynx. She can jump 6 ft up to the top of furniture. Climb trees like a leopard. Hunts rabbits and is super social. She is very affectionate and headbutts to say hello.
