I was at the fair with my girlfriend and we both just love the coin pusher machine, I saw they had pokemon packs as prizes and I got so hyped. We scored a bunch of points got my girl the necklace she wanted and I got 5 packs only to open up and realise they were fake. I had a blast so in the end I didn't even care and now I know "DONT GET POKEMON CARDS FROM THE FAIR"

I think I saw a kid come into a card store trying to trade these, or at least similar fake cards in with his dad and they had to explain that they got scammed, felt so bad for the kid, he thought he got super lucky and got 3 charizards
Rev, if you don't want to spoil the color of the code card in the back you can remove it before you do the pack trick WITHOUT flipping the pack around. So have the cards facing you and slide the code card off the back. If you do it that way the code itself will be shown, but not the color. Will help keep suspense
I did accidently buy a vivid voltage booster box on ebay, was pretty upset to see the fake cards but watching you enjoy the opening of these fake packs gives me a new outlook on it. Love your videos love your energy by the way

What’s sad is that somewhere out there, there probably was a family that had a child who is interested in Pokémon, but the family could barely afford anything, so after a little while of saving, the family bought the child the booster box as a gift, only to find out it was fake. I've seen the Mom & Pop Dollar Stores by me selling the Evolving Skies Box selling packs for $2 a pack...They got me the 1st time, but I bought them to see if they were legit or not... They get you by selling single packs instead of a whole booster box....and you don't know until you get home...The Packs had Multiple Pulls in every pack, & No Energies or Code Cards in them. & When you tear them, there is no black lining in the middle of the cards.
I once got a fake team up box and I didn’t know the difference between them and regular cards so when I tried to sell them I checked for fakes and 90% were fake. It was so sad because I had a golden solgaleo and gengar & mimikyu card. Both are some of my favorite artworks on cards and it was so sad.
Mine didn't come with code cards though and the box said it comes with code cards. False advertisement if I ever saw one. Never seem anyone make the best of fake cards. Nice one PokeRev! ✌
Reminds me of the fake hidden fates packs I bought on facebook marketplace at the beginning of the year. Did not come in a booster box, but everything about the backs and the cards inside were similar. I got tag team gxs for the hit card though, but they had the same thing with the shiny vault shiny baby pokemon. SHINING FAKES!!! lol
To add, I was scammed (and after about 2-3 months reimbursed by facebook). The listing pictures were real hidden fates packs, straight crimp packs. What I received were very similar to these packs in your video, triangular cut crimps, cards mostly from the actual HF set printed with the same quality as seen in your video.
I purchased 3 fake booster boxes on ebay this past August. Seller had 100% feedback until I got the order then I saw negatives rolling in saying fake booster boxes. Opened them up and saw 2 of the boxes with jagged edges on packs and the other with a straight seal on the packs. Vivid voltage, darkness ablaze, and unified minds. After I got a full refund I opened up every pack and destroyed the cards so no one could find them. I paid 109 for each booster box.
That is definitely a sick box, wish Pokémon co. would make something like this. I would laugh so hard they had one fake pack all nothing but shiny Charizard Vmax.
I almost bought a shining fates booster box. But I took the extra to look up if one actually exists before I bought it and sure enough none were ever made by the Pokémon TCG company so I did not buy it. I too have yet to pull that Shiny Charizard Vmax. It and the Shiny Suicune and Shiny Ditto Vmax are the only 3 cards I have yet to pull from the set
I recently got into this hobby like a month or so ago and thought I would buy myself an evolving skies booster box. I did my research and looked at countless of reviews before finally buying my own booster box. I eagerly waited for its arrival for weeks and one day, it arrived. I was so excited, the plastic had the pokemon logo, the box looked legit. My heart dropped when I saw that the packages on the side were all in the same colour… and yeah, they were all fake. :( Doing everything right and still get cheated on really sucked.
I don't really agree with the way that the seller he bought this from did disclose that this was a fake booster box, but he's making it seem as if it wasn't right to sell a fake product. I agree without disclosing the info about the product that would be wrong. But I do know that die hard fans make "proxy" versions of Pokemon products just for the fun of it. There's people that get into fake cards too. I would play with friends as to not damage my real cards if I was younger 😅 Just my honest opinion on the way this came across

My sister-in-law gave me some homemade Halloween themed Pokémon cards and I thought they were really cool. I’m planning on putting them with my real collection. Ps: I do believe he is saying that just make sure to watch out for fake cards and pay attention if someone says they are “proxy.”

While I tried to pull that charizard. Friends birthday comes so I drop off the tin for him. First pack he opens. Shiny Charizard Vmax.

I bought a fake base set 2 box for I think 60$. For the price I should've known it was fake but it is still slightly disappointing when you find out it's actually fake. But my daughter had a blast with them she was 2 1/2 at the time.

I actually bought fake pokemon cards when I went to china town in San Francisco from a vendor. I never made that same mistake again.
