I think its because we are burnt out on Mario…. New movies, games, exclusives all the time. Zelda however is a real treat. I could see them ditching the OLED on Mario to beef up promotions for Zelda in the future like Zelda OLED bundles.
I legit got this a few days ago. Ordered it in London and had it delivered to my dad and he brought it for me. Loved the stickers and decorated my skateboard and mobile case with them. Love this mario Switch version ❤

I have that mario travel case! it’s so big it even fits the dock itself, it’s really good and really high quality, bought it in 2019 and it’s still in perfect conditions
I’m so glad i got this special edition zelda switch it’s my first upgrade since having the launch day switch even though the joycons are the most terrible nintendo controller made but one detail that I truly love about them that make each and every joycon special is when you connect them depending on the colour it corresponds as you slide them in place the ones on this switch you see a light gold bar animation as they lock in i just love that detail so much it’s something nintendo don’t have to do but they go out of the way to do it
I don’t like any of the Mario’s Switch Editions 😢, excepting the case that looks like the Mario’s Jumper, but I guess this is not include with the console , at least in my country : MX. cos the second case looks like really cheap made ! My fav was the Zelda special edition ! ❤
its really beautifull ,i will never use it as i got it for collection but i really cant decide leave it at the box or put it next to me so i can see it...maybe i order a transparent cover from amazon... i want it to be in new condition:)
I do like the Mario console but it amplifies how large the screen bezel always was, I anticipated a while back that Nintendo was going to make a larger screen simply by how wasteful the initial size was and then they announced the OLED. 😅
I got the bundle with the 3games to pick from. Really like it for the price. $240 for the switch and the $60 game. Just the grip attachment feel it was broke to start with. Tho over all happy with it.
I hope when the theater run is over Nintendo just decides at random times to play the Mario movie streaming on every Nintendo switch and you CANT stop it so you are playing tears of the kingdom and boom Mario starts playing until the last credit
