That wasn't the Amanda that we've seen in the cage in the past. Her hands were low, she didn't move her head off the center line, no lateral movement, no foot work, no alternate modes of attack like her usual low kicks, which would have slowed down Pena's forward movement. For everyone saying that Pena can take her punches, do note that Nunes never managed to land the power punches she's known for, she barely even threw a power punch, so we can't possibly know if Pena can take the type of punches that knocked Cyborg out. Amanda doesn't like to get punched in the mouth. It is as simple as that. She could have easily escaped the winning submission Pena put on her but she gave up instead. Amanda definitely doesn't want to get that fight to the ground, her greatest strength is she's a powerful accurate striker, for Amanda to win she's gotta stay on her two feet avoid walking right into Penas jab and swarm her with heymakers to end it as quickly as possible. That fight goes to the ground Amanda is toast she'll get tired fast and end up getting choked out again.

Julianna all the way! Every fighter has their kryptonite, and she is that for Amanda.
Amanda by tko, Rd 1
I would not bet on this one😅
Pena got lucky Amanda wasn't 100% in the first fight as you can see from the second fight and got smashed
Nunes gonna take her belt back 🌈
What’s with the rainbow? It’s God’s promise to never destroy the earth by water, why is it relevant here?
We will see...
i do believe Amanda didn't prepare for Pena and work her cardio. Amanda beat the shit out of Pena the first round and ran out of gas. i see Amanda beatin Pena down into submission. 2nd fight wont be the same.
She beat the shit out of Peña? Were you watching the same fight as everyone else? Amanda won the first round but she wasn’t beating the shit out of Julianna.
I think Juliana is GORGEOUS
🇻🇪 Venezuela,,👊 Yuliana peña
Pena can just get another finish by throwing arm punches at Nunes 🤷♂️
Excelente.
I got a funny feeling about this rematch.
Pena fights a lot like Cat Zingano. And Zingano destroyed Nunes. Seems like she doesn't fare well with competitors who have decent stand up and a good ground game. Idk, though. I wouldn't be shocked if Nunes pulled it off the second fight. She's a smart fighter.
Nunes is going to hospitalize Pena. Just hoping she can rehab back to consider a trilogy.
People said this last time...
@@BBRT24 what an insightful response captain obvious. 🤣
@@BBRT24 let me know who said nunes was gonna hospitalize pena
all i know, is that both of these girls will give it their all, unlike Izzy.
Nunes wins, perfect set up for a Nunes pena 3 to settle the dust for good and bring in that cash flow
We might be in for a trilogy here! 🤔
