I don't know how anyone can say Valentina looks worried or concerned, she looks fantastic and sounds like the cold assassin she always is before a fight. But it will be all class and respect after the fight either way. She's the absolute professional and Santos looks on great shape. I hope its a competitive fight, but I think no matter how tricky Santos is to begin with Valentina will work her out, her fight IQ is exceptional, she's in a league of her own in this division. I may have to eat my own words, but I don't see Santos causing Valentina issues, I think it'll be ground domination and a stoppage

@@DarkJediFarkas yeah was a bit of a weird performance, didn't really commit to looking for a finish and didn't try take downs as much as she has in the past. But she got the win, im not sure the third judges score card fairly reflected the fight. I thought there was a round in it, still thought Shevchenko won but not 49-46. I think 4-1 in rounds was dillusional

Damn Schvenko looked scary like she’s ready to kill. Her face was changing as she spoke like trying to hold back her killer instinct.
Think about it, could Valentina be the most fit woman in the world? We have seen high level basketball players huffing and puffing during a fight. The cardio required to fight a 5 round fight when the opponent is trying to hurt you is the highest bar you can achieve.
On top of that think about the mental fortitude and composure required to perform in a high-pressure, life-threatening situation where you engage in real-time problem solving to hurt to the opponent without getting hurt yourself. And we haven't even talked about the elite MMA skills required to be the best.
Valentina might be the peak conditioned woman mentally and physically, along with being the absolute best skill wise in her craft.
Yeah, she looks like she is in Destroy mode already ...

Nunes is a technically a terrible fighter. She has the body and skull of a man, only reason she was so dominant. Why she didn't ragdoll Pena like her other opponents, we will never know.
