Featuring Debbie Kurup, Danielle Steers, Millie O'Connell and the fabulous ensemble of The Cher Show UK tour. Reuploaded because it got stuck processing.
Awesome! These ladies do amazing! I’m an American and I think that this cast is better than the broadway cast. Wish I could see these three ladies perform.
Everyone slating the three of them and the quality of the production and that they aren’t Cher, yes it’s musical theatre it’s a duke box musical meaning it doesn’t follow Cher exactly but uses her music to reflect a story they ARENT TRYING TO BE CHER
but respectively the Broadway production was far more elaborate and slicker. Just because it's musical theatre doesn't mean that quality has to be compromised, irrespective of the source material. There is no Bob Mackie touch to the costumes, and the choreography certainly doesn't sit on the same level as Christopher Gattelli's. And, the point of this particular jukebox musical was (on Broadway at least) that all three actresses WERE playing Cher at three different stages in her life. The Broadway actresses physically and vocally completely embodied Cher, to the point that you had to do a double take when Stephanie J. Block opened the show.
such amazing actresses but this show looks soo sooo bad … the choreography is giving the worst Wisconsin gay bar gogo twink… the costume are simply atrocious… the wigs a true crime… WHO DID THIS ?!? and WHY
Like an amateur Cher contest or something....how can she put her name on this...i could die. I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true...this is bad....no taste no takent no shit.
@@fairamir1 they’re stories written around pre-existing songs. The Cher Show uses Cher’s music to tell the story of her life, even if many of the songs aren’t about her life. Mamma Mia is an original story featuring well known ABBA songs, with some lyrics rewritten by ABBA themselves.
its a massive compliment that they're that good you think they're lip-synching, ive been front row for this show (which as you can see was basically sat on the stage) and i can tell you they are definitely not lip-synching, you can hear them singing into the microphone. Millie Danielle and Debbie are renowned west end stars, they aren't and dont need to lip-synch. and maybe take a trip to the show and see for yourself before passing an uneducated comment xxxxxx
I just love how Millie and Danielle went from doing Megasixes to Megamixes.
Where’s millie?

Danielle defo in my opinion is the most sound a like Cher. She had the sort of tone that Cher had!! Fantastic!!!
Debbie Kurup sounds good as well!
i haven’t ever seen they show or the casting but i instantly recognised danielle from her voice

The performances were great but the costumes are a desecration of Bob Mackie's work

Why couldnt they just do the bway version, if it aint broke, dont fix it!!
They need to stop moving around so much… if they knew anything about Cher they would know she don’t move like that!!

@@AlexeBriand2002 Yes i knew that....
lipsync…
I felt that too.
Yep, not entirely sure what's going on there. They're all capable singers, seems kind of cheap.
@@OperaGhost97 i understand lipsyncing the autotune bit (although it’s possible to have live autotune) but not the entire medley
Is this the official Cher show? Looks like a Typical Sunday night drag show 🤔
