The uké is Yasuhito Irie Sensei, who has a dojo in Kyoto, Japan.

I can't believe this is a real fight. It looks like a fake. I train Judo and it is impossible to throw an opponent that easily. Unless 10 dan has a 4-year-old child as an opponent.

Those are not "throws"; uke has to throw himself in order to avoid torn ligaments or worse.

Aikido is much more subtle than punch and kick martial arts and also more subtle than grappling martial arts. what really happens is less visible and often appears to be the oposite, of what really happens.
First, there are millions of serious and longtime practisioners worldwide, so lets presume it is not "fake".
The oponone who receives the technique performs ukemi (rolling away) to save his skin, or more correctly, his bones. Other times the oponent is really thrown. i speak of experience. you attack, the next moment you fly through the air and land softly on the ground.
It is bc the aikidoka instantly off balances your body and thus can throw you.

I see you don’t understand Aikido.
Please 🙏 respect Martial Arts 🥋 and learn first what why “we” Aikidoka fell in this way.
      Respect !
