    Three years ago I was in France for a 4 months internship. I had to bike 10km from my dorm to the college. The bike trail was very scenic beside the magnificant Alpes and woods. I used to listen to this song and other ones from Isha music. It was very heavenly. I still remember and miss those days.

The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

    Once in a lifetime comes a unique blend of instruments, musicians and melodies that can leave an impact that can re-connect, transport us, to that eternal, which has been vibrating through us. This is one of those mystical रस (rasas), that make the flute Krishna's favorite instrument. It is the most direct connection of स्वर (Swara) to the नाद (Nada) after वच (vaca).

    After having gone thru the Inner Engineering program with Sadhguru himself, this song in particular always seems to brings tears of joy to my eyes whenever I listen. I'm not the type to cry much, yet listening to this for one minute makes me bawl with joy and compassion and instantly drop all of my self-created suffering. One time I listened to this while sick and strangely felt not sick and much more alive after the 19:10 minutes. Thank you Sounds of Isha for this beautiful and magical music.

    QUESTION: Is the picture of the Album suppose to represent ones journey inwards. I say this because of the feet circling into the centre, as if it's representing someone's spiritual journey. And in addition to that, when referring to the feet that are next to fire, Do they resemble the moments of hardships when dropping our delusions such as attachment, identity. But once we drop them all pain ceases and peace is found?
    And is the circular fade away on the bottom left suppose to resemble the Zen circle?

      +Michael Rotis
      I like very much your interpretation/expounding, and it contains so much truth!
      Here is my viewpoint!
      1) The picture represents a Mandala and as you know, a Mandala is an all-encompassing, sacred symbol/pattern, representing the universe, whether we're talking about the external universe or the internal/inner one.
      2) Doubtlessly, those feet represent ones journey inwards; but if one looks mindfully at them, they can see that some of these feet, are represented as a spiral ( the basic/essential pattern of all forms in the univers) ; others, are represented as an 8 - which is the symbol of the infinite/limitless/timeless;
      There are also, some feet, in the form of a key - meaning that going inwardly, one will discover The Oneness and their real identity ( the key for everything).
      3) That which represents "the fire" for you, it's a flower for me, or some flower petals, meaning that this journey back to the essence/being, gives you the opportunity to blossom; it allows you to be totally open ...That means: farewell rigidity, arrogance, conditioning, strong identity and so on :) ! Or, it could be a hint related to the " flower of life ", which is another renowned symbol, in the sacred geometry.
      Anyways, as you can see, there can be lots of interpretations or explanations about it. Therein lies the beauty of a Mandala...
      Thank you very much! All the very best! :)
