Absolutely love how Devon stopped that ref from stopping on Terrell’s elbow foul. He wanted that young beast to keep going and have his moment. And he knew how much the home crowd was pulling for their young champion. This is all so awesome! Devon knows true young talent when he sees it and love how he wants to help. True ambassador. And Terrell… holy hell this young kid is a natural BEAST!!! Really hope he sticks with it! He has a bright future if he does. 💪💪💪👍👍👍

I think that he didn't want to win with an elbow foul at that point. The kid overpowered him and it would have made him look bad to win on fouls at that point. He wanted to pin him, to restore his image.
Devon is a great guy, but he is still a normal competitive person who doesn't like to look bad in front of a crowd..
“I don’t ever wanna arm wrestle you again” is probably going to be his greatest compliment he’ll ever receive! And I mean that with all due respect.

Yes and no. This wasn’t an act. Cameras off he was severely impressed. He let the kid get him to a bad spot and he was worried he couldn’t pull it back. But yes Devon wouldn’t have let that happen off the go if it was dead serious. Impressive none the less.

It’s both. The kid is a monster and kept surprising Devon. Yes Devon is an entertainer, but the kid really did have him stretched out for a while. Devon’s attitude towards young Terrell even off camera was the same. Impressed.
