    Coyotes are reaking havoc on my dogs, chickens cats and other things. I looked at a $4,000 scope and just cant see paying that much for one. Ive looked into some other options but this is what im going to go with. Thank you Sir!

    I need a new scope for my 243 and thanks to you I think I found it. I have other rifles with awesome scopes but this would be an upgrade to oem Savage scope for sure. And have dedicated night rifle. Excellent review. Many thanks. New sub.

    I would have liked to see how accurate the scope was with the recoil of a rifle. Does it hold its accuracy?
    Other than that you did a great job with your showing the features & benefits.
    Another comment was made that it would be nice to have the monocular portion be able to fit onto other scopes.

    I’m very impressed, especially at the price point., but I want to know if you can even see the crosshairs when I’m ir mode? I didn’t see any sort of crosshair when you were demonstrating but I might not have been able with the way you were recording. I plan on using this for small game: rats, squirrels, and Gary when he starts drunk sleeping naked down the streets again, lol. Just curious is the system casts up a digital crosshair like some or a crosshair at all?
    Thanks, I really appreciate the video and all the feedback. I saw this unit advertised and was intrigued but very skeptical. You really helped me out.
    I have great night vision goggles but I need a scope I can jump from goggles to gun very quickly.

    I have been pricing night vision monoculars and scopes I can't believe you get both for $500 you can't find ether one by itself for that price at least one with any quality this one looks pretty well made I will be looking into this setup thanks for the info.

    Thanks for the video. Great info. I have an NV400 4K IR scope. I like it. I'm thinking about getting the NV100 for my existing scopes I have. I've heard bad reviews about the Plus scope...doesn't hold up on recoil. Would love to be able to mount the NV100 on a rail behind a red dot. I also understand it's handy to use by itself as a hand held IR device.

    What’s the battery life like? I have a bushnell monocular and the performance is great but a full battery only lasts about 15 minutes

      Lol well Warren is right but you can get the NV100 by itself for $300 and use the adapter to put it on a scope you already have!!!! I was more impressed with the nightvision part than I was the scope itself, although I do think it's good that one leaf offers it with the scope as well

    One question though, how is the eye relief on the scope ?
    Is there enough so that you don’t have to reset the distance if you mount the NVD to the scope?

    You're better off using a separate IR which mounts on top of scope or side of rifle. Mounting that system would require an extra long rail.

    I tried to get the 12mm for airgun but they are out of 12 currently.

    Thanks for the review. A question I have is, can you see in the dark without the IR illumination on? Using just the moon light? I'm curious because I wouldn't want my IR illuminator giving away my position if someone else had NVG's and could pick up the IR illuminator.

    The1 and only problem with an IR torch NV system is anyone one who is running good NV like a PVS14, will see the IR torch B4 you ever see them.
    The sad truth is, people who don't have good NVG or Thermal will be prey at night.

    I'm just now learning about night vision scopes. Is the IR light itself, visible to other human eyes when scoping the
    terrain around your property? I'm looking for night vision for use as a home defense tool along with hunting.

      The IR light is not visible to human eye unless the other person also has night vision.

      Look for ir luminator can mount them on side of house or on front of truck but yes mounting one on your rifle alows anyone with night vision see your luminator And know your position without your knowledge.

    The hash marks in the reticle appear to be in Mil and not MOA. If they were MOA you would see three dividing hash marks. But we don't see that we see four. Which would mean that they are in increments of five meaning that this would be each section would be half a mil

    The one down side to a thermal system is the need for IR. If in a shtf situation your adversaries can detect your position if they are using true night vision devices.

      This is an IR based night vision system. Thermal is completely different. Thermal works off of heat. IR uses infrared light to illuminate the target (area). You are however correct on anyone using IR based equipment can see you IR illumination signature.

    If it could be mounted to any scope for around $300 I'd absolutely buy it. I don't need that scope and $400 is pretty high for what ya get.

    DOES this have an red illumination ??? That can be seen at night. The red lot laser can also be seen at night no surprise. How about will the survive being used on a air rifle ???
