@@elinicky3 Absolutely, the distance and drive time both depend on where at in Crestview and where your office is at with the 7th SFG.
From dead center of Crestview which is between 90 and 10, would be approx 20 minutes drive or 10 miles. You can expect as much as a 10 minute difference in drive time, so between 10 and 30 minutes depending on how far south or north you are commuting from in Crestview. I'd you are on the southern side of Crestview if can be as quick as 10 mins, further north in Crestview can be up to 30 minutes.

What will the approximate property tax be on that home?

Great question (we will start adding this in future video's not sure why we didn't here). Depending on what the county values the just market value at, which I am estimating high on. Our estimate is around $3370 per year before homestead is in place. If someone homesteads the property (a tax benefit for being a Florida Resident) it would drop to just over $3k per year. Insurance on a home this size and with the FBC credits in our area is $1200 per year (new construction only, I wouldn't use this number for a resale home). I hope that helps! That particular model in that part of town was going between 410,000 and 440,000.

I guess it just depends on the type of healthy food you're looking for. I would consider pounders right outside of the neighborhood to be healthy or at least have healthy options, when I go there I just get chicken and rice with some greens on the side. There's also a healthy Coast meals right down the road that we didn't point out, and a Panera bread, which I think is relatively healthy? I'm not really a Panera bread fan myself So not entirely sure how healthy their meals are. I'm sure there's several more that are in the realm of healthy that I'm forgetting about.
