That was Dave's best game and worst game of all time in one game. Dave did a wonderful job bringing white's king out, but missed so many mate opportunities. Even Carl missed a couple mate opportunities with his end game analysis. Carlini's trash talking does have an affect. Perhaps ear plugs next time. Lol. Great analysis. Thank you for sharing.
This is why I fell in love with chess !! So much fun and learning in just a few minutes. Kudos to Carlini and Dave for reminding us that chess always finds ways to humble us. Definitely one of my favorite matches on CC !!
That Be3 skewer was also a checkmate. 7:22 was not the first mate. At 7:02 there was a checkmate if he took the queen with the rook instead of the queen.
hurrah!!! finally found all the shown missed tactics in the analysis, this is definitely because of this channel's content and all the chess players, especially my favourite the Great Carlinicus!! Keep it up
This is my ALL-TIME favorite Coffee Chess game! My favorite player survives the impossible and wins on time. Holy hell what an incredible game! Carlini just earned a coffee on me!
Haha i had to laugh so hard for the analysis of Brian 😁. He had to laugh , because there were so many chances mist for mate .Oh man..poor Dave 😉 . Carlini should change his name in Houdini . Wauw..only Carlini could get out of this one . Crazy crazy crazy escape . Keep this channel up 👍💪🇳🇱🙏
Is it just me or did poor Dave miss like 4 or 5 mate chances in there? I know it's always easier when you aren't playing. Dave had like, complete control there for awhile..I mean he had the crushing initiative from the sack of the rook. Impressive.
it seems like dave will set himself up well for the mid to endgame, then doesn't finish. in this one, carlini was too busy celebrating to see that dave sort of offered a handshake.
6:54 Queen to h4 was checkmate but Dave was too busy with thinking moves and replying to trash talk by Carl XD Edit : Just heard Carl point it out after the game at 9:40
Dave just does not have good technique. Plain and simple. Especially love how he says he "sac'd the world for this".... with "this" being a mate in 1. Not just one mate in 1, not two, but three!!!
Dave lost so much opportunities to checkmate Carlini mygod one example is he could've just captured Carlini's queen with the rook and that's a checkmate
Queen g4+ was not a great move the move was perhaps 1.bishop on b2 captures on a1×; rook on e1 captures a1×; queen on e3 captures knight on e2 ... this would have been the best continuation as it allowed to equalise the material between both players
Impressive rook sack, so close! I totally understand, Dave running low on time, decided just to keep checking and hope for the best. He could have just as easily accidentally won.
Very cool game! 😄 I thought Dave’s Knight on F4 didn’t belong there and was stuck in no man’s land but he really made it work and came in very handy in the rook sac 😃
Oh I love these two.. this game is funny.. dave missed so many chances.. hahaha!!! Carlini us just talking and getting Dave so messed up. Love it.. a won game us the hardest to win!! So true.. Carlini is just great!!! His talk does so much more than people truly understand.. I love it.. chess where u can talk is the best
5:26 the problem carl is that you're queen is dead if he would move his bishop to skewer your king and queen hehe good luck saving your queen and avoiding mate and in the analysis part when the analysis "guy" said it was equal the knight and rook could be forked and clearly its not equal.
how can he be so good at finding all those sacs and can't see these simple mates?!!
that's so unbelievable
Dave has good instincts for sacs, but he prolly hasn't done any mate in 1 puzzles under time pressure...EVER.
7:50 was so obvious. But we with time pressure you miss those pretty easily. Also Carlinis master banter is effective againt find mates apparently
@@delaimo13 what's the obvious mate at 7:50? Sorry I'm a beginner player
@@nge1301 Qb6
@@Plopsaap what about pawn takes queen?

Carlini has a very good guardian angel.

Dave might be going for the world record of most mates missed in a single game
#Intentional
LOL, that was so funny of U just reading all of them
Not going for the record, HE HAS THE RECORD NOW.
Dave wont sleep well for few days for sure :D :D
Why did u spoil the game asshole
@@fd7om805 Don't search for spoilers in the comment section before you see the video. God, kids these days.
Your laughing during the analysis was the best part!!!!
mate in 1
mate in 1
mate in 1
mate in ...
The mate misses were disheartening, but the missed bishop/queen with bd3 skewer really got to me at 5:26.
What about 7:22
even when 7:22 (first mate) has been missed, he still got mate with queen at 7:31
You mean Be3
That Be3 skewer was also a checkmate. 7:22 was not the first mate. At 7:02 there was a checkmate if he took the queen with the rook instead of the queen.
I've watched this game 3 times and I still can't Belgrave he got away. Dave's still one of my favorite player always with the great sacks
hurrah!!!

Keep it up
The way he toyed with him was hilarious 😂 , he had nothing to worry about, it was like playing a child that’s learning ♟
Hahah Carlinis confidence makes him find ways to win a lost game.
Somebody once said you'll never win any games by resigning. Carlini deserved to lose but then deserved to win!
That was the most amazing king walk I've ever seen!
Trash talk and time trouble beat Daveish nonsense EVERY time
@@emailjwr LMAO!.....I love it!
one of the funniest analysis ever
Never give up, never surrender! especially right now, Carl.

Oh geez. He must still to this day have nightmares about that game haha.
9:52 Carlini s face is gold😂😂😂😂😂
I feel this so much. Getting into a won position and not being able to convert it missing elementary moves
I'm an ordinary player, but I can't believe he missed those mates...Qa5 is SCREAMING at 7:20
Your laugh during the analysis had cracked me up.
Dave’s rook taling carlini’s queen at 7:02 was mate. Rook to a8 at 8:10 is another
I was gonna post about Dave's missed mate opportunity with Queen H4 at 7:20.... But apparently everyone saw it and much more.
How could you not LIKE this game, not quite BLUNDER free though ...
Merci Carlini!!!
We learn a lot with you
Poor Dave .... He had that game
"I can go somewhere" guy in background "you can go to hell lol🤣🤣🤣🤣

He could mate him 1000 times in this game.
Dave bombed this badly, you cannot miss that many mates in 1 and 2.
One of the most entertaining coffee chess games of all time
Carlini is truly Whodini!! Wow! How did he survive that attack without being check mated? Inspiration!
I thought dave was about to pull his pants down😂
Your channel encourages me to study book and take wild street chess seriously.

This is the first time i saw brooklyn dave's face..
Dave just does not have good technique. Plain and simple. Especially love how he says he "sac'd the world for this".... with "this" being a mate in 1. Not just one mate in 1, not two, but three!!!
4:04 move white queen diagnol ahead and the thats check mate.
Late game fail Dave lives up to his name!!
Such a great game! I love those guys!
I didn't even look at the analysis but in this position I was screaming play bishop e3 because it's mate 5:24
i think carlini is my favorite player
Carlini kabubulated those mates away
Dave lost so much opportunities to checkmate Carlini mygod one example is he could've just captured Carlini's queen with the rook and that's a checkmate
brian's laugh is priceless :v
6:42 HAHAHAHAHAHA Cracks me up everytime
Kxe6 would have been good if he did it early. He loses the night but man I see alot of fantastic possibilitys if dave would have done that
Oh man that hurt. Great analysis.
my man cant stop laughing during this analysis XD!!
In the last position after Qa4+ King can go to a6, so the mate in 3 is another combination: Qa4+ Ka6, Bb4+ Kb6, Qa5=
Carlini u will make one heck of a dancer 💃 ✌🏻😂
Loving the hat Dave my man 😁👍🏾
Soon as Dave Said "you know who I am" I was like "do it you sexy mo-fo" :D Great game thx for the upload !!!
WOW....sac, sac, sac, 3000 mates and miss them all, not Dave's finest hour. Love the channel...……..
It's almost as if Carlini had the Devil's luck in this game. I don't believe all of those missed mates were coincidence.
Not only the white misses mates but also massive material advantages he had missed
in such positions when it looks you winning, you take your time.
8:14 black had queen or checkmate
Dave did everything in his power to loose the game. Beautiful attack,tho..
This looked like a game between a 1200 and a 1300 lol
Queen g4+ was not a great move the move was perhaps 1.bishop on b2 captures on a1×; rook on e1 captures a1×; queen on e3 captures knight on e2 ... this would have been the best continuation as it allowed to equalise the material between both players
If Dave keeps practicing hard, some day he will be good enough to beat The Great Carlini.
Carlini personality is amazing
I think you should call this Game of blunders.
OMG I love this stuff! :D
Impressive rook sack, so close! I totally understand, Dave running low on time, decided just to keep checking and hope for the best. He could have just as easily accidentally won.
he missed so much checkmate ....... what the hell dave was thinking? he already win .....
@5:26 I almost broke my laptop. how did you miss that check mate with the bishop.
Absolutely savage
3 missed mates in a row.. carl: I dont believe what I'm seeing
On 7:38 if Dave places the rook to d4 it would’ve been checkmate!
Brooklyn Dave had Carlini on the ropes for most of the game. Dave just couldn't close his winning game or Carlini's trash talking mouth. Lol
I found the rook to e5 for a mate on the first puzzle, instead of bishop to e3
7:25 that was missed checkmate with queen at a5 right?
Dave did well to avoid all those mates. I am calling it a win for Dave.
Very cool game! 😄
I thought Dave’s Knight on F4 didn’t belong there and was stuck in no man’s land but he really made it work and came in very handy in the rook sac 😃
Dave I can't believe it.
At 7:22 isn’t queen a5 mate?
Sorry, just realized he covered it later in the video 😂
@12:42 Now THAT is good rap
what's your analysis app at the end plz
Dave should have used his pawns to check the open king and draw it further down the board, I think.
Been there... Crappy moves under time pressure are my specialty
7:45 Qf5 checkmate also huhu
7:03 he could take with the rock instead the queen and that is a checkmate !
7:19 its an obvious mate, but surely that trash talk really get in his head
how many mates were missed?
At 5:26 white missed bishop to d3! and at 7:23 Qh5 mate.
5:26 the problem carl is that you're queen is dead if he would move his bishop to skewer your king and queen hehe good luck saving your queen and avoiding mate and in the analysis part when the analysis "guy" said it was equal the knight and rook could be forked and clearly its not equal.
dave such a good attacker. trying to learn from him
on 07:45 white could have done rook e5 and then queen f5 mate
That's why I love Carlini 😂😂😍
5:25 Be3# would have "helped"
im dying watching dave cant see that simple mates😂😂😂😂
You can take dave to all the mates but you can't make him drink it lol
Carlini seems to get more dangerous the more you put him in bad/terrible situations. It's like he loves it 😆
Plenty checkmates in one. How?
Never give up
What state do you all play in?
